Etsy review: non-release of reserved funds after account suspension

Hello,

I am a seller from Ukraine. My Etsy account was suspended more than 230 days ago,and my remaining balance was supposed to be released after 180 days, according to Etsy’s own policies.[Date suspention is 24 october 2024]

However, I still have not received any payout. I’ve tried to contact Etsy multiple times, but I either get no response or generic automated replies.

My Payoneer account is fully active and ready to receive the payment. I’ve also contacted Payoneer and they confirmed everything is fine on their side.

Etsy is ignoring their responsibilities, and this seems like unjustified withholding of my money, which is especially serious considering the financial situation in Ukraine.

I ask Etsy to release my funds immediately and communicate with me directly about this issue.
