Mega Savers Outlet

I got a tankless electric hot water heater from Mega Savers Outlet - which ain't no auction, just a store - on September 30. After a couple of weeks, I had an electrician install it, but the thing didn't work. To get any hot water at all, I had to turn it down to a trickle and it still wasn't even lukewarm. When I bought it, I asked about their return policy and they said I had three months to return it if it didn't work. I emailed customer service on October 24th about it and they asked for pics of my receipt and the installed unit, which I sent. But for over four weeks now, they've been giving me the runaround. They finally admitted in writing that the unit only raises the temperature by ten degrees when run to capacity. That ain't enough to get hot water. And they didn't say that anywhere on the box or inside it. They said they'd give me another unit, but I ain't going through this again. They shouldn't be selling this thing. I want my money back. I had to take the machine across town and leave it there 'cause there was nobody to help me. So all I got now is my receipt.

I'm so mad about the Gazebo & the no response to my many emails and messages to the Mega Saver's Outlet company. My Wife and Daughter went into the Edmonton Store and bought a Gazebo. 2 Dudes came out to put it all together for us. While putting it together the wire broke and the wind up thing that makes the umbrella go up and down don't work. One of the guys came back the next day to fix it. It did work for a few days and after 3 times only of opening and closing it... The wire broke again. I think that the guy just did a patch job to get it working. I have left several messages and emails to this company to see if we could get a guy out to fix it. I have had no response from anyone from Mega Save's Outlet. I even went into the Edmonton Store to talk to a Manager and I was told that because it was over 14 days that I would have to email head office at Customer Service. Like I stated before No one has gotten back to me, I have left my Cell number and my email address. I really would love some one from Mega Saver's Outlet to get in touch with me and stand behind the product you are selling.
