I booked 2(two) tickets for my husband and myself on the 18th January 2026. One of your requirements before the ticket is confirm is to provide the biometric page of passport or to give details on our passport (full names, dates of insurance of the passport and expiring date) these were done. Due to the fact that these conditions were met (submitting the correct and required information) and I believe it meets your reequipments for us to travel you then issued tickets to us allowing us to travel and taking our money for the fare.
We visited our country of destination’s website and apply for entry visa we were issue a SG card based on the same data on our passport as presented (copy was sent to you).
I will like also to inform you that my Husband travelled few days before we bought the ticket from you.
On our dismay, we travelled to the airport hoping to board the flight and was turned down by your ground crew for reasons best known to you.
• If you know that based on the details on our passport (the same given to you) we cannot travel with your airline you should not have accepted our money booking us to travel.
