Me and my wife travelled to London on 20th March 2025,
FLIGHT: EY 67.
My wife noticed one of her bags collapsed in the middle. She took it to Etihad baggage desk. We were given a ref. No. LHREY29477.
We would like to make a claim.
The flight was very comfortable. Food and service was excellent.
I have given a feedback. 10 out of 10 on all the travel related issues.
