Enterprise Rent-A-Car review: Really poor service for seniors

Enterprise on Duel Hwy in Hagerstown Md. made a handicap senior citizen that needs a hip surgery and both knees operated on soon, Where I had to walk there to To get a replacement car because there other car broke down last nite and was towed away ,when I got there 4 employee were doing not a thing .because in march I had another problem were you asked me to leave after setting up an appointment for use of a car for 2 weeks ,so then I had to go to budget .were the people that keep your business running and you treat them like crap ,Honestly 2 of those employees should not even be working there ,the way they treat customers ,were the people that keep your business running and you treat them like crap ,Honestly 2 of those employees should not even be working there ,the way they treat customers , What Great Service
