I went to the business after getting a flyer saying I won a raffle. I couldn't work because of surgery, and my husband was off work due to covid 19 and getting unemployment. I told the sales guy I couldn't buy a car then and didn't want a hard inquiry on my credit. He kept pushing and saying it wouldn't matter that we were both off work. I made it clear I didn't want a hard inquiry, but I was willing to see if he was right and we could get financed. We waited for 2 hours, and the sales guy kept stopping us from leaving. Finally, we left and told them to call us. They never did! Then, a few weeks later, I started getting letters from financial institutions saying they couldn't finance us. When I checked my credit report, I found out they ran 7 hard inquiries without permission. When I complained, they said they could talk to the sales guy, but nothing could be done. I'm really upset! Don't do business with these people. They're pushy and dishonest.

Bought a car and wasn't shown or told what we were paying for the vehicle. They also added a $4500 miscellaneous charge that I don't know what it's for. I'm 79 years old and this company is taking advantage of a senior citizen. I don't want this vehicle, I'm not paying this astronomical amount for a 2017. I want to return this vehicle and I want my deposit returned.

I bought a car from Auto Group Leasing, LLC and it had some problems. The struts were bad and the rear shocks were leaking. I asked the business to help pay for the repairs, but they refused. I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge on March 4. When I bought it, there was a leak from the bottom of the radiator, so I asked them to fix it. They brought the car back the next day and said it was fixed. They said they replaced a clamp. But just 2 days later, it started leaking again. They told me to take it to their repair garage, so I did. The clamp they had replaced was just over some duct tape. It needed a new hose line, which the dealership fixed and paid for. While the garage was working on that, they noticed that the front struts were loose and needed to be replaced. They also found out that both rear shocks were leaking fluid. The cost to fix all of these things was $930.00. When the garage told the dealer about it, they said they wouldn't cover any of these issues. I then talked to the salesman who sold us the car, and he said he would check on the problem. But I haven't heard back from him, and the repairs still haven't been done. I can't afford to pay for this kind of repair.
