I travel weekly to Vegas for work and for the last two years I have rented from this branch. Normally the customer service at this branch is excellent and employees are professional, cheerful and leave you with a positive experience. Last night was an exceptional when I was treated very poorly by Diagia. I explained to her that I had an upgrade and would like to use this. She did not even acknowledge my request and pointed to a Hyundai sedan and stated “here is your car.” I paused and explained that I rent here every week and normally they give me a nicer car. She retorted this is a nicer car. I went back and requested again with her and she basically just dismissed my concerns and the general tone and nuance was “I don’t care about your request”. Now, in 2 years I have never had them dictate to me which car I take. I am generally given several cars to choose from in a group. I have contacted the corporate office to complain and I think no one will disagree that a Hyundai is no upgrade.
Recommendation: This site is generally great but if someone treats you poorly let the managers know.
