Do not use this company they quoted me 1450 to ship my car with a inclosed trailer and told me over the phone that price was locked in and that would even send me a contract with the price on it .. after me signing the "so called contract" then they called me and said they couldn't do a inclosed trailer for 1450 that they wanted 2,000 to ship my car with a inclosed trailer, I told the guy over the phone the only reason I sign the "contract" is because you promised me 1450 and if you can't honor the price I signed for then I have no choice but to cancel, they are a total scam they can't honor what they tell you over the phone and they can't honor what you sign for!

We signed a contract with Movewheels to transport our vehicle from Punta Gorda Florida to Meredith, NH for a fee of $595.00 guaranteed. Several days later our vehicle was never picked up. Number one we found that no trucking company would ever transport a vehicle for less than $1000.00. Secondly , Grace the manager knew we were flying home the next day we signed the contract to pick up the vehicle. She said no problem. Now we had to search for someone to take care of our car in our absence since it did not get picked up as promised costing us more money. We finally had to pay an individual $1200 to drive our car to Meredith several days later since all trucking companies were booked. I would warn anyone in considering doing business with this company.

Worse experience, signed a contract month before shipping and locked a price. Provided me drivers details and phone number, 5 days before pick up date tried to call the driver, realized the number and name was automated and fake. Called movewheels (I am sure they are some call center in India using fake names), after making me wait for few days, couple of days before moving said my assigned driver will not be able to pick it up and for extra $600 someone else willing to pick it up and did not provide any other options for me, said if this driver is gone cannot guarantee anyone will be able to pick it up in next 1-2 weeks. Horrible experience, never trust them. My suggestion would be spend extra money and go with reliable company to have a peace of mind.

This company never delivered on their contract with me. My car was supposed to be picked up and transported across the country on May 25. No one called or showed up that day even though movewheels confirmed time and pick up date a few days earlier. When I got a text the next morning after I text Eugene B. ( The agent ) the day of pick up, he said other cars in my area that were supposed to be picked up at the same time cancelled, so his driver was not willing to come out to pick up only mine. Basically saying your not worth the trouble. Even though we had a contract. I lost my plane tickets because I had to cancel my flight. I will be driving my own car and saving my thousand dollars, but I would never book anything with this company or any other transportation company in this country. Very poor service. No integrity.

This company is very deceptive, they gave me a price to ship a vehicle from Connecticut to Miami, Florida. They promised that the car would be picked up on Saturday Feb. 27, between 12-3pm and that they would be contacting me. I called them several times on Saturday while we waited for them to call back and they never answered my calls. I must have called them a dozen times. We waited at the pick up location till 830 pm. and finally gave up on waiting on them to either respond or contact us. We called on Sunday from another number and they picked up and they gave us some story about their drivers brother passing away and had to fly to Miami and didn't contact anybody about it. Now do to horrific weather that is hitting the east coast I asked them for a price on an enclosed trailer and they gave me a price that was double that of other companies. Of course cause they already have my deposit. They refused to give me back my deposit and when I said that I would cancel my credit card they threatened to sue me. His words where you will be hearing from my attorneys.

There was some hiccups but all things considered it went extremely smooth and very fast. Picked up and delivered *** miles from *** to *** in 3 days. I had already paid when I found ComplaintsBoard.com review and was terrified. But I checked trust pilot and they had ***+ positive reviews. I won't lie it felt sketchy. There was a slight change in contract when the first driver failed to show. But he replaced the driver and picked up on time. Was still in the budget window. The people driving the trucks went the extra mile. Vehicle is being restored and not op. Pushed it 8 houses as truck was took large for my road. I have to say if I was the driver I would have asked for more money. I would make it a 4.5 star due to arriving too quickly in NM but it all worked out and the reviews here are so negative. The extra half star will have zero effect. I used the cheapest option they had for transport and got much better service than I expected. I will say the Zelle payments freaked me out so they switched to Paypal. Last thing this is not my first broker moving a vehicle, they all feel sketchy. Kind of like moving services when they s*** up it is always the worst.

I completely agree with the evaluation from earlier reviewers, and the complaint raised by ComplaintsBoard.com alleging that BWT Group and Movewheels deceive their customers by promising one price as final, and then asks for a significantly higher price after the contract is signed. We experienced all of these when we entered a contract to transport my daughter's car from *** to ***. They jacked the price up by about 40% after the contract was signed. The timing for them was particularly convenient since our schedule, by then, had become very tight, and we couldn't choose a different transport company. Also, they promised to pick the car up on June 7th, before she had to leave town for a planned trip, but their driver did not show up at all after keeping us waiting all day. She ended up having to change the air ticket with penalty. We again had to wait the whole day on June 8th, with all the associated anxiety and stress, till the driver finally showed up at dusk. The delivery on June 11th was also unduly delayed - causing us to be late to a wedding that evening. Yet, we felt relieved to have the nightmare over with. I'd never use BWT/Movewheels again, and would strongly recommend that others reading this review do not either. In fact, people in transport business are a notorious bunch - one should avoid using them at all, to the extent practicable."

This company is a straight-up scam! They promise you the moon to get you to sign and then go silent. If you call, they make more claims about a driver being in the area to try and appease you. I was told on three separate occasions that a driver was in the area and would pick up that evening. Then nothing. No show, no email, no call, nothing... They wasted a week of my time, inconvenienced the private sellers from whom the car was being picked up, and were an absolutely terrible company to try and work with! For those fighting to get your contract voided, read the contract. There IS a way out. You'll have to call and call and call to get it sorted, but once they're clearly in breach of the contract, they HAVE to let you out! First, they have 5 business days to pick up your vehicle, so if you're like me and signed the contract before doing your due diligence, you'll have to ride it out. Second, (and I think this is the most important part) the contract states that they MUST provide you with the carrier's information and phone number. DO NOT release your vehicle if they don't give you this info. If someone shows up without them providing their information to you, you are not obligated to release the vehicle (duh...). Third, I've heard a lot of people complain that they are often charged extra once the car arrives. The contract states they MUST notify you of any changes in rates prior to dispatch, so if they don't, you're not obligated to pay extra. The customer has the right to accept or reject any offer. When you call to cancel, they'll again promise you a driver will pick the car up that evening. Stand firm and let them know they're in breach of their contract and are legally obligated to let you out of that contract without penalty or fee.

A TRUE NIGHTMARE. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. It is absolutely impossible to get ahold of anyone. After you agree to terms and provide credit card info, no one answers the phone, voice mail boxes are full, and no one responds to text messages. Car was scheduled to be picked up on Friday. Late Friday came and Finally received a text stating "Truck broke down working on making new arrangements". I called the number the text came from it was "Andy" our supposed "Broker". Andy assured us he would have it arranged with new pick up the next day, Saturday. Saturday came and went. No call, no text message and no one arrived to pick up the car. We tried calling several times and no one ever picked up the phone. Left several text messages and no repose. Our flights are due to leave next day. Spent several hours that afternoon and evening trying to find a new company to transport the car. Most told us they could not because we were already "On the board" and unless Andy cancelled we could not book someone new. Finally found a company that would take us as a double booking but it ended up costing us double in the end for the last minute arrangements. I beg you to please read the reviews. We were one of those who read the reviews but always took everything we read with a grain of salt. WE should have listened! This is the worst moving experience we have ever encountered. All of the bad reviews are spot on. This company is unreachable, unresponsive and absolutely unreliable. The company who finally transported our car informed us this is the busiest time of year and that company likely got a "higher priced contract" and dumped us until they had nothing else booked and could fit us in. Unfortunately this seems to be a common practice. There are so many other companies as options to work with. I STRONGLY urge you to stay away from this company. It's appalling that anyone would conduct business in the way they have.

I tried to use *** to transport my motorcycle trike from Arkansas to ***. I accepted a "Contract" from *** which clearly stated what i thought was the cost of the transportation. I spoke, emailed and texted *** originally. She was not available when I went to book the transport, but her assistant *** booked it for me. I had a text from *** confirming that *** booked it. I received an email from *** with the contract, Everything looked exactly as we discussed including the price and the fact that I requested an enclosed trailer. I signed the contract roughly three days before the pickup was scheduled to take place. I was traveling back from Arkansas from purchasing the trike days later when I called *** and tried to confirm everything. First *** told me that she would not start to try and find a transporter. Three days and she still had not even begun to find anyone? *** then told me that she couldn't do the price that was quoted. She gave me a price DOUBLE what was quoted on the contract. Even though the contract showed an enclosed trailer, she said the price they gave me was for an open trailer. *** claimed her assistant *** was to blame. I was 300 miles into my trip home. I decided to turn around and go back to Arkansas, stay another night in a hotel and ride the trike back over 600 miles home. I cancelled the transport request that evening and the next day they confirmed the cancellation. Thank goodness I did not allow them another 5 days to lie to me over and over again or worse yet fall for the price being doubled. These folks are all unethical pathetic liers. This is a sick company bent on ripping the consumer off. Count on nothing but problems. I had originally looked at TrustPilot where they have glowing reviews. These MUST be planted shills. I am also going to bring this matter up to ftc.gov. The business needs to be shutdown and those responsible should be prosecuted. What say you ComplaintsBoard.com? I have seen the lame letter *** sent to ComplaintsBoard.com trying to excuse their rampant, daily ripoffs. Incredible anyone could justify *** as a legit business. Steer clear of these folks.
