eDreams eDream Ticket wrong fmily name spelling

I bought a flight ticket from Austrian airline last week through eDream third party from Toronto (Canada) to Tehran (Iran). When I was doing the reservation I checked couple of times to make sure all the information is correct. But when I bought the ticket I checked my family name on the ticket spelled wrong. I tried to call them many times but they never answered the phone. I contacted them through their app many times and first they said they are able to make the changes but since after they denied and they said it is impossible to make the changes. I emailed them couple of times and asked them to contact the Austrian airline to make the correction they replied they contacted them and it is impossible to make the changes and I should cancel the flight and buy a new one. I paid $1148.00 and they only can give me back $411.86. I have all the emails and communication available if required.

Desired outcome: get my family name corrected or refund me the full purchase price

Airline cancelled my ticket and refunded back to Edream,they refusing to return my money $812.My ticket was bought March 2021 cancelled april 2021.

Now almost a year no refund .

eDreams multiple payments for no tickets

Hello, i attempted a reservation for an aeromexico flight to paris for april 5th, the payment was however blocked by my bank, i attempted multiple times to pay but failed. the bank finally authorized the payment yesterday, the fare and flights, however, had dissapeared, so it was impossible for me to book the flight. i was however charged 771,10 euros TWICE for the ticket, draining my bank account.

Desired outcome: i demand that i get refunded the 1542,2 euros that were drained from my account for no booking in exchange

eDreams My refund

I bought a flight ticket through E dreams from Auckland New Zealand to OR Tambo International airport South Africa in August 2021, airline booking reference 6U3KEZ, e dreams reference number - [protected]. I ended up having to cancel the ticket through the e dreams app since I couldn't make the trip. Since cancelling the ticket I have only received 52 New Zealand dollars refund from the 750 New Zealand dollars I used purchasing the ticket. When I call e dreams to enquire about the refund they claim they can only refund as of what's been given by the airline (Qater Airways), on the other hand, when I called Qatar Airways they said the refund had been paid in full to e dreams as stipulated by the Qatar Airways zero penalty scheme.

Desired outcome: I have sent a complaint to Qatar Airways, and would like to get a full detail of what's going on with my refund. E dreams needs to say If I'll be getting my money back or not

eDreams Refund of tickets

Purchased Tickets from Tel Aviv - Boston - London - Tel Aviv for April 2020.

Tickets purchansed on May 2019!

Of course Covid Messed Everything & Everyone up and the flight was cancelled.

eDreams - without asking me got me Vouchers which were good for 2 years on June 2020 - I told them I wasn't interested in the Vouchers - I wanted the Refund!

Long Story Short! They told me in June 2020 that the refund should take anywhere from 15-20 days - and there was a slight chance of longer due to Covid.

The 15-20 days has been dragged on to over 620days and 10s of calls / chats with agents - who "FEEL My Pain", "Sympathize with me"! Yet eDreams has NOT had the decency to call me back or email me about the status of the Refund.

DO NOT DEAL with eDreams if you have a choice! It will be more grief than anything else.

Desired outcome: Give me my 1926$ BACK already!

eDreams Cancelled Flight and still no new flight 9 days before I'm due to fly!

8th March- receive an email from eDreams and Etihad saying my flight had been cancelled due to scheduling, no worries, I'll just give them a call because that it what eDreams email says to do.

9th March- call eDreams, 45 minutes on the phone, no new flight, there is a flight 1 hours difference so realistically I should just have been changed on to that flight anyway, but nevermind. eDreams need to check with the airline that they can put me on this flight because there might be a price difference (they couldn't tell me what that difference was), and I'm not paying the difference when the airline have cancelled a flight I booked months ago. But no result, "we'll get back to you within 72 hours".

13th March- call again as I've heard nothing, over 72 hours, 10 minutes on the phone, "we're so sorry, I've escalated your case, you will absolutely hear back within 24-48 hours". Me: are you sure because I've been told that before and yet here I am calling you back. "no no absolutely you will hear back".

15th March- call again as surprise surprise- no call back. 30 minutes on the phone this time, same story, have to request info from airline, we can't just book you a new flight even though it's only 1 hour difference etc. etc. I have now marked your case as urgent, we will call you back in 24 hours because this is urgent.

16th March- 24 hours is up and no call back, call again, 45 minutes on the phone this time, same story, so I demand to speak to a supervisor, on hold for ages, there is just nothing on the other line, don't know if I've been lost in the system, if someone is there, no idea. Then I get a call from a UK number, answer it and there's just nothing, just silence. So I go back to the other call (I'd put it on hold) and still nothing. I call back and go back through the system and "well you didn't talk to the supervisor" so that's your problem. Just wait 24 hours and we'll get back to you.

17th March- Another 24 hours, still no contact, another 40 minutes on the phone, we can't just rebook your flight, there is a change in class, well I'm booked in economy so what's the problem, there is different classes within economy, we need permission from the airline to re-book you in a different class. How has it taken so long for the airline to get back to you, is anyone following this up? I now fly out in 2 weeks and still no new flight. "I will mark this as priority and urgent", I thought it was meant to have been marked as that already?! Still getting nowhere, just wait just wait we will be in touch.

I've now given up calling so talk on their chat option on the app.

17th March- "I have just checked and found that for the callback the request has already been raised so don't worry we'll update you within 24-72 hours. We still haven't had response from the airline. I have escalated your case to the specialist team". Same excuses, no answers.

20th March- 72 hours is up, back on the chat app, speak to Muskan, I now go with okay fine I will pay the difference, just get me on the new flight "fare for re-booking are different and we can't see them yet". But I am looking online at the exact flight I want and the prices are there?! "Sorry we can't do it. Wait 72 hours, however it may take 5-7 days" Which I cannot wait because I'm meant to fly out 1st April! So I say "so it will be you who calls me within 72 hours with an update" his response "yes absolutely".

23rd March- No surprise, no one has contacted me, even with a courtesy call, have the SAME conversation with another person, you need to wait, you need to wait, we'll get back to you in 72 hours. It is now 9 days until I'm due to fly out. Still NOTHING from them, what an absolute joke!

eDreams EDreams flight

I’ve booked a flight from London Heathrow to Guatemala 9th June to 24th June but received no booking confirmation email and so I don’t have a booking reference. I still haven’t received any details but money has left my account. I paid £403.33 on 14th March and have still heard nothing. I’ve tried emailing, calling, and using the app but getting no response. We booked three tickets to go to London but then it said the bank rejected the transaction, however, you have still taken money from my account but we have gotten no confirmation email or tickets.

eDreams I am trying to change the flight date on my tickets

KLM flight from LBA to AMS

Due to a corona virus positive test, I am unable to fly tomorrow, I have spoken to KLM and they are happy to change the dates, but because it was booked through E Dreams travel then they / You are the only ones able to make that change.

Both tickets need changing.

I do realise that there may be a fee to pay.

eDreams Processing of rebooking not finished in almost 3 months - book. ref. [protected]

My name is Dragana Jovanovic Boka, and I have a big problem to rebook my tickets and hotel for two persons.

Also we have paid option: Cancel for Any Reason Guarantee- 159,73 EUR

We started process of rebooking on 23.12.2021 - more then 72 hours before flight, according to eDreams procedure.

We are now in 3rd of 5 steps of eDreams procedure, named Processing your request.

Several times we have spoken with eDreams agent, and expert. Everytime, they said that they will call as in less then 72 hours, in order to fulfil our request to travel from 14th till 22nd of May and stay in the same hotel.

Yesterday, they wrote that we should contact Austrian airlines directly, what we have already tried without success, because we were told that only eDreams can change the dates.

Till now, they did not found any solution, and did not offer a voucher for the value (2073,46 EUR), although we have paid the option:Cancel for Any Reason Guarantee.

eDreams Double charge

I booked flights with edreams booking ref: [protected]

I booked with edreams and supplied my card details to edreams once. For some reason edreams have chrged me twice for this.

Also, when i was paying, I used master card and its is written in confirmation email, but when they charged me second time, it was from visa card, which information i have never provided, which is very strange and looks like a fraud.

I would appriciate someone coming back to me regardiong this as you have basically stolen over £60 from me which I have been paying interest on. The help section on the edreams page is automated and useless.

eDreams Booking [protected] Fraud

Turkish airlines cancelled my booking and E Dreams has failed to issue a full refund.

They refuse to answer my questions and provide the same approach no matter if I call 100 times a day .

I am chasing everyday and they still refuse to issue my refund

Complete fraud and I will do my best to ensure I spread the message not to use them on Tic Tok , facebook and twitter

i booked my flight but was told that my bank had declined the transaction. Low and behold it had not and now edreams are £530 better off and i dont have a ticket.

eDreams Never received flight itenary after booking flight. Money also taken out of my account

Booked a return flight from Dublin to Naples using the edreams website. The flight outbound is 15th April 2022 and inbound the 19th April 2022. I never received confirmation and had the balance taken from my bank account. I have tried contacting their customer service but have not heard anything from them. I have also downloaded their app but again have had no luck there either

eDreams Did not receive reference number and confirmation email

I booked and payed two return tickets from Brnik airport Slovenia to Ataturk Istanbul two days ago with the following details:

eDreams Misspelled spelling of passenger's nam

On January 29th of 2022, I raised the concerned that my boyfriend's name has been misspelled by ONE letter. Which I found odd because i'm almost 100% positive that I spelled his name right since I tripped check all of the information. Nevertheless, I have been reaching back to Edreams every "24 hours" or every "24-72 hours" since then when they've said they would contact me but never did. It's been ONE MONTH AND TWO WEEKS now and no one is helping me with this concern. I sent an email with my boyfriends Passport and all I received was an automatic email back. Additionally, they want to charge me $100 for the Mistake that they've done and to change ONE LETTER! Which is probably just another scam.

My boyfriend's name is Jeremy Crespo and on the booking his name is spelled "Jeremt Crespo"

My flight is in 9 days. This has been a horrible, horrible experience. My first trip to Europe and it is already a nightmare. I wish I would of done more research prior to booking with Edreams.

Desired outcome: I want his name to be corrected. Replaced the "T" with a "Y" at no charge. Since I have been waiting a month and two weeks with no help from Edreams.

Hello.It has been a huge mistake.

You accepted my booking confirmation this morning while I was trying to book the ticket 2 days ago and didn't had any respond till this morning.

Your company took all the amount of money for the ticket from my acount while I have already booked a ticket with another company.

I would like you please to fix this mistake.Cancel the booking and send my money back to my acount.

eDreams Flight rebooking

Can't stress enough how horrible of an experience it has been to work with eDreams. The company is extremely unethical, unprofessional and manipulative. We booked a flight which had to be modified because of COVID restrictions on travel to USA last year, we made the change one month before the travel date because eDreams give us a 100% guarantee that we would be credited fully for future flight. Now, I am trying to rebook my flight but eDreams has made it very difficult for me to rebook a flight, not only have I spent nearly 15+ hours on call over the past few weeks trying to resolve the issue, and all guarantees from their agents to resolve the issue and complete the booking within 48-72 hours is never lived up to, it only results in me calling back and checking on the status of the previous ticket, creating a vicious loop. I would just like to have the flight booked at a specific date and utilize the credits we were guaranteed.

eDreams Refunds / keeping my money

it has taken over 18 months and I still have not received a refund for flights I booked with edreams. this is not acceptable, I have been told on a number of occasions it would take 6 months.

The flights I purchased from edreams, was due to fly from goa to dubai on the

2.3.2021. however, the flight has not actually been running or in operation since October 2020, over 16 months ago. Edreams were made aware of this in December 2020, so quite simply I had paid for a product that no longer could be provided by edreams. This is a matter I have spent many hours with edreams company trying to resolve.

I am requesting a refund and want this to be processed at the earliest opportunity

I have had multiple conversations via online support centre/messenger service which has been of absolutely no help whatsoever. I was told many different things by many of your different operatives for many months. The responses which have been provided have been unhelpful and lack clarity.

Edreams is keeping my money for a product I bought, that has not actually been in operation from October 2020. I am entitled to a refund and I want a refund.
