eDreams Booking shown as failed but not in reality

I was looking to book 3 flights for two person on Edreams website but when I have inputted the bank card info and ordered the payment it shown an error message saying that it was not possible to conclude and to rerun the flight search. I have done what was told, rerun the search and decided to buy other destination flights. When I had opened my email to confirm the booking it shown that the first try was completed even though on the website it was given another information that the reservation wasn't completed. I have now booked two sets of flights, which obviasly only be able to attend one.

Is it possible to talk any costumer service person to know if it is possible to cancel the first reservation since it was given to me mistakenly info on the website? I have tried to call numerous times but never able o pass the robot responses.

Desired outcome: Cancel one of the reservations made.

eDreams Refund for flight cancelled by British Airways

As part of my [protected] booking with eDreams, I was first to fly from London to Luxembourg on 15 October 2021 at 08:05 (British Airways BA 416 - Airline reference U4AUM7). This flight was cancelled by British Airways. I called eDreams many times but they were unable to help me. I booked another flight (separate booking) to Luxembourg with LuxAir and used the return flight booked through this eDreams booking ([protected]). I then called eDreams many many times at the end of 2021 to get a refund for my cancelled flight. They said they had requested one. I called them back recently after 6 month wait and they said BA’s answer to their request was negative. I called BA who told me that eDreams had NEVER contacted them to claim a refund on my behalf. They also confirmed I should get a refund for this cancelled flight but that only eDreams can claim it for me. BA said eDreams should call them on +[protected] to claim the refund on my behalf. I then reached out again to eDreams (I spent hours with them son chat or over the phone) - they always say they will contact me and never do so. They basically refuse to seek to get the refund for me.

The last time i chatted with eDreams through their app was last week - on 2022-04-09 i think.

I never got my refund for the flight that BA cancelled because of eDreams.

Desired outcome: They must refund me for this flight that was cancelled by BA / the airline. And there should be compensation for the inconvenience caused (hours spent with them - lack of respect from them - more than 6 month wait etc.).

eDreams Booking [protected]

Flug gebucht und bezahlt, Geld weg, Flug weg

Flug gebucht und bezahlt. drei tage angemahnt weil der Buchungs Code der Fluggesellschaft nicht übermittelt wurde.

dann eine Mitteilung, meine Buchung wurde durch Edreams storniert. kein Geld zurück, keine Vertragserfüllung. kein Kontakt möglich,

weder telefonisch (50 Minuten in Warteschleifen dann durch edreams abgebrochen) mails kommen zurück mit verweis an einen chatroboter.

der verweist ich hätte die Buchung storniert, keine Verbindung zum Berater / Agenten möglich.

jetzt bleibt nur noch Strafanzeige wegen Rechtsverstoß gegen internationals Fluggastrecht. nur Gauner und Ganoven?

Geld kassieren ohne Gegenleistung

Desired outcome: strafverfolgung verstoss gegen fluggastrecht , strafrelevante persönliche bereicherung erstattung der flugkosten und der entstandenen folgekosten

eDreams Travel insurance misrepresentation

My daughter and I purchased travel insurance through eDreams for our trip from the US to Croatia. United States reentry states travelers must have a negative COVID test within a day of travel. My daughter and I tested positive the day before our flight. I called United (who we were booked on through eDreams) to let them know we could not travel. They said they would issue us a credit. When I contacted eDreams the day after we were supposed to travel they told me that I could not reschedule because I did not let them know more than 24 hrs before traveling.

It seems eDreams has advertised that travel Insurance is good for sickness and covid but only if you know these things 24 hours ahead of time. If one is symptomless as we were that is impossible to know. They have completely misrepresented how useful travel insurance is and seem to want to just pocket your money.

Additionally, I paid to reserve a seat on my long flight out (a window seat towards the front of the plane) and instead received an aisle in the middle section of the plane in the very last row. Again, it seems they just wanted to pocket my money.

Thus far it’s been impossible to get a live person on the phone. Hold times are incredibly long.

Desired outcome: A return flight to the US at no additional charge to us

they look like US democrat party; the best stealer in the world, i paid 3 days rental car before pick up they took my money from my bank account; flight was delayed, when i pick up my car they char $183 dollars more to my account

why? I paid at front for my 3 days

also no costumer service

eDreams Flight changes

I tried to change my flight dates through the manage section which told me an agent would get in touch. An agent did try and got me the second time which I was unable to speak due to work so I asked them to call later. No one called back, I then went through the bot and it recorded my changes and again I waited for an agent, no calls as for 2-3 days I carried my phone with me everywhere so I didn't miss it, no calls. They claim they tried to contact me numerous times which is not true. No missed calls, no voicemails. I then call them to be told I have to make a new booking and call them back to change and get a refund. I do this and am then told it does not qualify as it is not within 60 days. Do not recall this 60 day being mentioned. I have now lost my flights and money. Will never use edreams again and will not recommend them.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund and an apology for the lack of ability to change my flight dates.

eDreams no invoice request sent after 3 submitted requests for it on website, mail, chat

I found a flight to Triseste on April 04 with a return on April 06. It's a business trip. Since then, it has been impossible to get an invoice to be reimbursed by my organization. I called customer service 3 times with a cost of 25 euros to answer me each time that I have to wait 72 hours and this, since last Wednesday. Yesterday, following an email exchange, they tell me that my invoice has been sent. But having received nothing, I report to them. They tell me that I have to wait 72 hours for the 4th time ! This agency is not serious. How not to be able to edit an invoice is ridiculous. I advise you to avoid it seriously.

eDreams Confirmation email not received

I booked two flights on 10/04 for 16 and 22/04, I received a text message asking me to check my flight details, unfortunately to do so I need the reference number that should have been sent via email, but I have never received. My card has been charged.

I filled in 2 online request to have the detail sent, they promise to answer in 24 hours, they did not. I emailed their custumer support, no reply yet. I phoned them, but they do no let me speak with an operator unless I have the booking details I never received.

Desired outcome: I want my reference number.

eDreams Refund Reference no [protected]- flight cancelled due to Covid

Christo Mare booked a flight with eDreams travel dates were 1 May 2020 JHB to New York 25 May 2020 New York to JHB . Since the flight was cancelled due to Covid we have been trying to get a refund. eDreams Flexible flight change

I booked flights to Amsterdam from Leeds/Bradford Airport in May. With this came flexible date changes.

I opted to change my dates until June due to personal reasons. Was told I had to rebook the flights in June and they would process 'a refund'. I changed my name on the flight as my passport is in my married name. I then rang Edreams back and they said no refund possible as I changed the name. I changed my surname on both bookings to match and they still will not refund me the flights in May. This is absolutely ridiculous as I am now stuck with two lots of flights booked and no refund.

eDreams Flights booked on Edreams

We have booked flights on Edreams booking number: [protected] with Pegasus Airlines flight PC 1174 and PC 1169.

We need to add the D.O.B for one passenger:

Ashkhen Gulbekian 24.05.1960

Also both passengers are female, but the airline Pegasus has told us that we are both showing as male.

Could someone kindly correct these 2 things as it is impossible to do this online.

Desired outcome: I would like DOB added and both passengers to be listed as female.

eDreams Miss-sold airline ticket - Baggage was not included.

Dear EDreams Customer Service,

Please find below details of economy flight tickets purchased with EDreams.

- 2 passengers - Stephanie Codd & Tamsin Aguilera - (reference: [protected])

Flights with 1 piece of check-in baggage allowance (for both passengers) were specifically required and then selected during reservation process, however we discovered upon arrival at LHR for our first departure flight at the check in desk, that only basic economy tickets (without any baggage allowance) had been reserved with the airline (United Airlines) by eDreams, and that we would have to pay for any bags that we wanted to ‘check-in’ and put in the hold.

For our outbound flight. £52 was paid (receipt attached) so that we could check in one of our bags and take with us items that cannot travel in hand luggage.

For the return flight $80.50USD was paid.

As you can see, this basic return flight was mis-sold to us and so we now insist that the reimbursement of these luggage payments are made back to us immediately to avoid further legal procedure regarding this matter.

eDreams ticket abroad

I bought a ticket from edreams to a flight to me and my partner.

But some plans has change, so i wanted to cancle the ticket, and when i contact eadreams (even dough i bought an option to cancle for any reason), im getting only 20% of the ticket back. Even with the insurance that i payed earlier.

eDreams E Dream Prime

I bought a flight ticket on the website(28/3/2022) but I didn't buy any prime offer there. Unfortunately I find out the Edreams Prime was charge me 54.99 euro on my bank account on 8/4/2022, I received a bank text and just noticed this happen. I try to stop this payment due to I didn't purchase this but I can't get any help. It is very unfair and kind of cheating.

Very disappointed with this happened.

eDreams Flights cancelled

I made a booking for myself and 2 other family members for a flight from Toronto to Orlando on Mar 13, 2022. That same day, I cancelled my flights after speaking to their customer service team member who told me that I would be entitled to 100% refund which I should receive in the next 10 days. Therefore, I proceeded with the cancellation. Their website also advertised 100% refund if bookings are cancelled within 24 hours (which I did). I never received my refund 10 days later so I contacted their customer service again, they told me to wait more time. I spoke to multiple other agents who kept pushing the waiting period even further assuring me I will get my refund. Then, an agent said they will escalate my claim and I should get it in 5 days. 5 days later I got no refund. Their agent told me someone will contact me in the next 2-3 days. No one contacted me. Finally, their agent told me that she has re-started my claim process and to wait another 10 days for the refund. They are simply pushing the date further and further and wasting my time. They do not intend to refund me any money.

Desired outcome: I would like my 100% refund I was promised at the time I cancelled my tickets.

eDreams Edreams Prime

I am attempting to get a refund on an eDreams Prime membership fee charged after the end of a trial period which I have not used. This should be straightforward and easy but isn't. Even after cancelling the subscription there is no provision for obtaining a refund of the fee. I had to dig to find a 14 day withdrawal period provision with refund in the Prime terms and conditions.

Emails remain unanswered. Agents on the website with whom I have chatted to request the refund say that they have put a claim for the request, and that it will happen in 10 or 14 days but never send any written confirmation of the same even after saying they will. There are no reference numbers created or shared with me.

Desired outcome: Prompt refund of edreams prime member subscription fee

eDreams Airline cancelled my flight,edreams refused to refund

Luftansa cancelled my flight and offered me a full refund as the Airline has no openings after March 2022 for a rescheduled flight but the refund has to go through edreams from where I bought the ticket and then I contacted edreams about the refund and they said " bingo" ( ur not refunded) it is really sad to know how these people are baking their bread.

I took a flights with edreams, however, the aeroline changed our schedule and they cancelled one of flights.

Edreams didn't answer us about what happened and any response for that.

They didn't give us our money.

Anymore, I'm going to book a flight with them.

eDreams Refund not received

I cancelled a flight reference [protected] at the beginning of November 2021. I was told I would get a refund, this has not happened. When trying to contact eDreams I get told the line is busy or using their chat service gets no resolution at all. This company seems determined to make it very difficult almost impossible to contact them. They have stated that the airline has not refunded the money. As far as I am aware B A refund without argument.
