eDreams Not notifying me of flight regulations and requirements

I booked an international flight through them with a stop over. They never informed me that I would need a temp visa to board my flight and therefore cant fly. At this point they refuse to accept and allow me a refund or even a credit.

eDreams booking [protected]

I have booked a flight to France which i've cancelled and is entitiled to refund, i have made a dispute claim with my bank which went through but Edreams took it back, on my booking it is confirmed that a refund has been made on the 29th of January, contacted Edreams advisors which is impossible as Kris the robot is the only who will respond...After trying many times to chat with one of the advisors, avery stressfull, horrible experience the advisor mentionned that the bank frozen the amount of £211 which is a lie as the bank confirmed that it wasn't from their side.. Air France refunded the flight..I've made another dispute claim to my bank and have all the fact, screenshots of conversation with the advisors who are dishonnest, so many of us have been tricked, cheated by Edreams company

eDreams Yearly subscription payment

Hi

Edreams yearly subscription is 59.99 per year however on 21st Feb 2022 they took a payment of my card, today 5th march 2022 they have now took another 59.99 out off my account I have not contact details for them to which I can get through I have emailed them a number of times and I am just getting g an automated reply the same with instant messenger.

My overall complaint is that they shouldn't have taken another yearly payment 2 months after the 1st one I need to know how I get a refund for the 59.99

eDreams Refund not received, wizz air does not find my flight ticket

My name is Valentin Nica and I bought a flight ticket for my mom Holerca Argentina through the EDREAMS agency (https://www.edreams.com/customer-service/#/).

On 31 August 2021, I booked online a flight for 2 september 2021, Iasi (Romania) to Larnaca (Cyprus) because the ticket could not be found on WiizAir web.

Passenger name: Holerca Argentina,

Route: 2 septembre 2021. Iasi-Larnaca

I requested many times to Edreams to refund my money, but always the same answer. They said they asked WizzAir for refund and need to wait. I already have 6 months of waiting.

The big problem is that WIZZAIR said this ticket does not exist, THE PNR NUMBER (GJDUEV) cannot be found. Please find bellow the proof.

In conclusion, I paid the money to EDREAMS to buy a ticket, the ticket does not exist. Please help me to recover/refund my money from EDREAMS. They are cheated me, no ticket exists, no money back.

eDreams Tickets

I have made a booking through edreams' Dutch website https://nl.edreams.com from Amsterdam to Split - Croatia and paid for it with iDeal (bank transfer). The transaction went through successfully (and was confirmed by my bank), but I did not received a confirmation email from edreams. I've tried to contact the customer service (using the online contact form), but haven't received any reply. How do I get a refund or the tickets confirmation?

eDreams Name correction

I purchased nine tickets through eDreams, With insurance, and no questions asked refunds. One of my passengers I added an extra letter by mistake. I asked them just to fix the name. They said they couldn’t help me that I needed to cancel the ticket, since I bought all the tickets together I would have to cancel all of my tickets with a 20% fee. So reason for my complaint is “Why BUY INSURANCE, SINCE IT DOES NOT COVER ANYTHING “

All that I needed was to change a latter to the name that spell check added.

They cancelled my flight last year on Christmas time when I wanted to go see my family on break, and they refused to refund me! Their customer service line left me on hold for an hour before hanging up the phone on me.

eDreams I have not received my refund of $2081

eDreams booking reference: [protected]

Flight dates Wed, Jun 10 2020 - Thu, Jul 09 2020 (yes 2020, its now 2022)

I am still waiting on my refund of $2081 2 years on from the cancellation. I also purchased extra insurance when book my flight with them, incase anything happened, that cost $160 extra. Which was completely pointless as it hasn't helped at all. Edreams keep saying I'll receive my refund within 6 months, but it never comes. They have now said they have given me flight credits to use, but I can not get through to anyone online or on the phone to use the credits.

I urge people not to use this company they are absolutely terrible to deal with, they should not be operating any more.

Desired outcome: A FULL REFUND, as purchased with extra insurance!

eDreams Flight tickets charged for but not confirmation e-mail sent (tickets don't exist)

I bought tickets on eDreams and was charged for them but never received the confirmation email. I've tried to contact them through their help centre, because there's no other way to contact them (no e-mail address or phone number whatsoever), and they keep making me chat to the robot that just says they will send me the confirmation e-mail when they find it (but they don't send me anything). They have also charged me £55 for prime subscription although I haven't received confirmation email for this either and it's not showing in my account so I've paid for another thing that I don't have. I have had to buy tickets again through another travel agency but can't find a way to claim my money back from eDreams.

eDreams Flight money refund

On June 29th, 2021, I booked a for my sister and her family with eDreams with Reference number [protected]. They were supposed to travel from Lagos to Orlando on 3 August via Qatar air and then Orlando to Lagos on Aug 30, 2022, via United Airlines. eDream sent me an email stating

"We have been informed by the airline that significant changes have been made to your booking"

When I checked on the flight detail, I discovered that the flight with United Airlines ended in Frankfurt instead of Lagos. I called eDreams on August 28th and they told me that they have no other available flight for them, so I asked that I should be refunded the money. I was told that I will be refunded only $3074.80, and that it takes up to 3 to 6months for the airline to respond.

On August 30th, 2021, I got an email stating "Good news! The airline has approved your refund and we are waiting for them to provide your cash reimbursement. Unfortunately, airlines are taking up to 3 weeks to issue refunds, due to their internal processes, but we will inform you as soon as we receive it"

Today is February 25th, 2022, and I have not received my money. I have called several times and each customer service representative gives me a different answer. Some of the excuses I got were, "they will escalate it to the financial department, that they put the wrong amount and that they have fixed". At one point, they collected my bank account number and informed me that the money will get to me. I have spent hours and hours of my tight schedule waiting on the phone just to have a customer service personnel eventually pick up the call and lie to me. Each representative will tell me that the last person did something wrong and that it has been corrected. They sometimes will cut the phone on me and never ever return calls or send emails that can be replied to. I feel I have been scammed. Please help me get my money back. eDreams has scammed me

eDreams flight booking

I'm flying sins 16 years many times per year. but this is the worst company I ever seen, don't go trough them. my booking was procesing 24 hours and nobody contact me to say that there is a problem. then I contact them and they said that there is a payment issue, and they sudjested me to book another Flight, which will cost me allmost 400$ more. then costumer service on the phone told me hold on the line for 2 min. and after 15 min. I hang up on them. Joke agency do not book with them.

eDreams Fight Booking

I have been facing an extremely unpleasant situation with EDreams. I booked a flight ticket with this company today for 280 euros. Before the check out, I wanted to book a baggage but the website claimed I would have been able to do it after the checkout or at the airport. Unfortunately, I was unable to do so as the "Manage your booking" page stated I could do it just at the airport.

After trying to log in on the flight company website with the flight reference they gave me to manage my booking from there, this reference did not work. I called the flight company and they were unable to either recognise the flight reservation number EDreams provided me with - which does not even correspond to the pattern of the one they usually provide, the flight company has a reference number of 6 digits with 2 letters and 4 numbers, EDreams gave me a reference of 7 numbers - neither they could find me on the flight EDreams claimed to have booked for me as an agency. They also confirmed that booking a baggage directly at the airport would have been much more expensive, on the contrary of what EDreams stated.

EDreams have not provided a satisfying service at all, actually creating me many more issues than expected, hence I should be at least fully refunded as soon as possible. This has also created many issues, financially and stress related, as I did have to spend an entire afternoon calling numbers abroad to sort an unpleasant situation out, a situation that EDreams has created and refused to find a solution for, while I'm feeling frustrated with the potentiality I would not be able to go home.

The customer service was also completely dissatisfying as no one was able to give me a proper answer or escalate the issue to find a solution. I asked for the order to get cancelled but they refused, including telling me I had to call the flight company - which it already confirmed twice they could not find me in their passengers' list. I'm currently here attempting to call random phone numbers, getting wrong and random reference flight number which the flight company cannot recognise which I got provided by EDreams' customer service, while attempting to find a solution to not get stuck in a foreign country.

eDreams failed to fly due to not provide PCR test, re book cost same as the ticket cost

Booked standard non refundable ticket or 22/feb on Turkish airline from Toronto to Abu-dhabi via Istanbul , wait time is 3.5hrs at Istanbul air port.

at the departure airport (Toronto), the Turkish air line staff , said you need to sign waiver to take pcr test at Istanbul air port,as pcr test is needed only to enter abu-dhabi, however, Abudhabi airport authorities takes free pcr test for all passengers arriving to the airport.

i said ok and i am ready to be held responsible if the test result was negative, she asked her manager , and came back to me saying you cant fly tonight but we will keep your reservation open.

i went back to E Dreams via the app , manage your booking , and i called the customer service, to re book me the nearest light , they came up with price difference of 745 $ that i have to pay , of course in addition to what i have paid initially to book this ticket (710$),i asked to change route or destination to Dubai airport he said this will cost you more , i asked the agent what are my options to get use o the ticket , he didn't give me any options and was pushing me to forget about any refund , and didn't provide me with discount voucher

Desired outcome: what are my best way to get use o my ticket fare , i am not coming back to Toronto in the next 2 years , my credit card that i used to purchase this ticket already closed

I never order for this eDreams prime services and my credit card was charged $59.99. No live representative, all phone numbers provided in the internet not working, the chat service not helpful.

eDreams Invoice

Our flight with Swiss air booked using edreams was cancelled just days before the return flight. We have had to book new flights for me and my son out of pocket to get back home.

It’s been over a month without a refund and finally we get a email of $1 refund from them. When we try to Swiss air they say the PNR number is invalid which was given by edreams and they refuse to help asking us to contact edreams. The same happens on their website as well.

We wanted a cost breakdown and despite calling edreams for 4 days they just bounce us around giving these replies - “it been sent”, “it will be sent”, “it can’t be sent”.

What kind of company can’t even give the customer their bill to see the breakdown. The only thing sent during booking is a confirmation email without any breakdown. This is unacceptable. Their customer service is a joke on chat and they don’t pick up phones when you ring on their US/Canadian number. Stay away from this company like a plague.

Desired outcome: Need my return flight fully refunded including taxes and baggage fees charged at the airport and provide me detailed cost break down of my flight booking by email.

eDreams Cancelled airline tickets - company unresponsive

I booked flights from Brussels to Denver through eDreams and received an email from the carrier Brussels Airlines on 2/16 that one leg of the trip was canceled: 'flight SN9596, originally departing on 29 July 2022 from Denver to Montreal at 10:35 is cancelled". Flights were booked through edreams (reference: [protected])

The airline referred me to eDreams as the flights were booked through eDreams. (I contacted them via Chat and FB options and both directed me to the travel agency)

I have chatted three times with eDreams. over the last week using their online chat. The first time the agent only kept restating to call the airlines, even though I shared that the airlines was referring me to eDreams. He was absent for the chat for 10 minutes on end (multiple times) and just stopped responding.

The 2nd that same agent stated: ‘I have highlighted the issue to our expert team and you will receive an update in 24 hours’. Nothing was received.

The third time a different agent told me to arrange directly with the airlines, gave me a link to rebook that did not work as I did not book with the airlines but with eDreams. I booked with insurance and when I asked for a refund (as the rebooking was leading to nowhere) the agent told me I would get a call in 3-4 hours.

No call has been received. The email [protected]@edreams.com does not accept messages. No case number is ever assigned. The online chat is designed to kick you off: long wait times and every now and then it asks you if you are still there. Even if you still have over 15 minutes of your estimated wait time, it will drop you out of the queue if you don't respond in 2 minutes it will drop you out of the queue.

Desired outcome: Rebook the flights (preferably if possible with equal travel times) or refund the entire trip including insurance as I did not cancel the trip. eDreams is no longer providing the service I paid them for.

eDreams Booking

I made a multi city booking with Edreams. A flight from Heathrow to bali on the 12th of September, a second flight from bali to Melbourne on the 26th of September. Due to an error my booking didn’t go through but the money was taken. The first flight was refunded instantly but the second flight still hasn’t been and Edreams are now claiming they didn’t take the money.

eDreams Carry on not included

While booking my flight on the edreams site beside the flights you had to chose from it said carry on included. The email from edreams says 4 carry on bags both directions. The airline website says no baggage. I have screen shots of the flight listings saying carry on included. I have screen shots of my edreams account saying carry on included. I changed one flight because it said small bag included. I have chatted many times, filled out the forms they asked for, sent info they requested and no one has gotten back to me in 17 days. Has anyone found a solution?
