Due to a corona virus positive test, I am unable to fly tomorrow, I have spoken to KLM and they are happy to change the dates, but because it was booked through E Dreams travel then they / You are the only ones able to make that change.

Processing of rebooking not finished in almost 3 months - book. ref. [protected]
My name is Dragana Jovanovic Boka, and I have a big problem to rebook my tickets and hotel for two persons.
Also we have paid option: Cancel for Any Reason Guarantee- 159,73 EUR
We started process of rebooking on 23.12.2021 - more then 72 hours before flight, according to eDreams procedure.
We are now in 3rd of 5 steps of eDreams procedure, named Processing your request.
Several times we have spoken with eDreams agent, and expert. Everytime, they said that they will call as in less then 72 hours, in order to fulfil our request to travel from 14th till 22nd of May and stay in the same hotel.
Yesterday, they wrote that we should contact Austrian airlines directly, what we have already tried without success, because we were told that only eDreams can change the dates.
Till now, they did not found any solution, and did not offer a voucher for the value (2073,46 EUR), although we have paid the option:Cancel for Any Reason Guarantee.

Double charge
I booked flights with edreams booking ref: [protected]
I booked with edreams and supplied my card details to edreams once. For some reason edreams have chrged me twice for this.
Also, when i was paying, I used master card and its is written in confirmation email, but when they charged me second time, it was from visa card, which information i have never provided, which is very strange and looks like a fraud.
I would appriciate someone coming back to me regardiong this as you have basically stolen over £60 from me which I have been paying interest on. The help section on the edreams page is automated and useless.

Booked a return flight from Dublin to Naples using the edreams website. The flight outbound is 15th April 2022 and inbound the 19th April 2022. I never received confirmation and had the balance taken from my bank account. I have tried contacting their customer service but have not heard anything from them. I have also downloaded their app but again have had no luck there either

Misspelled spelling of passenger's nam
On January 29th of 2022, I raised the concerned that my boyfriend's name has been misspelled by ONE letter. Which I found odd because i'm almost 100% positive that I spelled his name right since I tripped check all of the information. Nevertheless, I have been reaching back to Edreams every "24 hours" or every "24-72 hours" since then when they've said they would contact me but never did. It's been ONE MONTH AND TWO WEEKS now and no one is helping me with this concern. I sent an email with my boyfriends Passport and all I received was an automatic email back. Additionally, they want to charge me $100 for the Mistake that they've done and to change ONE LETTER! Which is probably just another scam.
My boyfriend's name is Jeremy Crespo and on the booking his name is spelled "Jeremt Crespo"
My flight is in 9 days. This has been a horrible, horrible experience. My first trip to Europe and it is already a nightmare. I wish I would of done more research prior to booking with Edreams.
Desired outcome: I want his name to be corrected. Replaced the "T" with a "Y" at no charge. Since I have been waiting a month and two weeks with no help from Edreams.

Flight rebooking
Can't stress enough how horrible of an experience it has been to work with eDreams. The company is extremely unethical, unprofessional and manipulative. We booked a flight which had to be modified because of COVID restrictions on travel to USA last year, we made the change one month before the travel date because eDreams give us a 100% guarantee that we would be credited fully for future flight. Now, I am trying to rebook my flight but eDreams has made it very difficult for me to rebook a flight, not only have I spent nearly 15+ hours on call over the past few weeks trying to resolve the issue, and all guarantees from their agents to resolve the issue and complete the booking within 48-72 hours is never lived up to, it only results in me calling back and checking on the status of the previous ticket, creating a vicious loop. I would just like to have the flight booked at a specific date and utilize the credits we were guaranteed.
Refunds / keeping my money
it has taken over 18 months and I still have not received a refund for flights I booked with edreams. this is not acceptable, I have been told on a number of occasions it would take 6 months.
The flights I purchased from edreams, was due to fly from goa to dubai on the
2.3.2021. however, the flight has not actually been running or in operation since October 2020, over 16 months ago. Edreams were made aware of this in December 2020, so quite simply I had paid for a product that no longer could be provided by edreams. This is a matter I have spent many hours with edreams company trying to resolve.
I am requesting a refund and want this to be processed at the earliest opportunity

I booked an international flight through them with a stop over. They never informed me that I would need a temp visa to board my flight and therefore cant fly. At this point they refuse to accept and allow me a refund or even a credit.

I have booked a flight to France which i've cancelled and is entitiled to refund, i have made a dispute claim with my bank which went through but Edreams took it back, on my booking it is confirmed that a refund has been made on the 29th of January, contacted Edreams advisors which is impossible as Kris the robot is the only who will respond...After trying many times to chat with one of the advisors, avery stressfull, horrible experience the advisor mentionned that the bank frozen the amount of £211 which is a lie as the bank confirmed that it wasn't from their side.. Air France refunded the flight..I've made another dispute claim to my bank and have all the fact, screenshots of conversation with the advisors who are dishonnest, so many of us have been tricked, cheated by Edreams company

Edreams yearly subscription is 59.99 per year however on 21st Feb 2022 they took a payment of my card, today 5th march 2022 they have now took another 59.99 out off my account I have not contact details for them to which I can get through I have emailed them a number of times and I am just getting g an automated reply the same with instant messenger.
My overall complaint is that they shouldn't have taken another yearly payment 2 months after the 1st one I need to know how I get a refund for the 59.99

On 31 August 2021, I booked online a flight for 2 september 2021, Iasi (Romania) to Larnaca (Cyprus) because the ticket could not be found on WiizAir web.

I requested many times to Edreams to refund my money, but always the same answer. They said they asked WizzAir for refund and need to wait. I already have 6 months of waiting.
The big problem is that WIZZAIR said this ticket does not exist, THE PNR NUMBER (GJDUEV) cannot be found. Please find bellow the proof.
In conclusion, I paid the money to EDREAMS to buy a ticket, the ticket does not exist. Please help me to recover/refund my money from EDREAMS. They are cheated me, no ticket exists, no money back.

I have made a booking through edreams' Dutch website https://nl.edreams.com from Amsterdam to Split - Croatia and paid for it with iDeal (bank transfer). The transaction went through successfully (and was confirmed by my bank), but I did not received a confirmation email from edreams. I've tried to contact the customer service (using the online contact form), but haven't received any reply. How do I get a refund or the tickets confirmation?
Name correction
I purchased nine tickets through eDreams, With insurance, and no questions asked refunds. One of my passengers I added an extra letter by mistake. I asked them just to fix the name. They said they couldn’t help me that I needed to cancel the ticket, since I bought all the tickets together I would have to cancel all of my tickets with a 20% fee. So reason for my complaint is “Why BUY INSURANCE, SINCE IT DOES NOT COVER ANYTHING “
All that I needed was to change a latter to the name that spell check added.
