I purchased car insurance for a rental vehicle during my vacation in Morocco in September–October 2025. While there, I was involved in a minor accident. Upon returning home, I submitted a claim along with all required documentation. The only response I received was an automated message on November 10, 2025, stating:
“1. We will review new claims within 7–14 business days after they are submitted.
''2.We will notify you once your claim investigation starts.”
Since then, I have not received any notification confirming that the investigation has even begun.
I attempted to follow up several times by email, but received no reply. I reached the company by phone on December 12, 2025, and was told to wait a few more days. After hearing nothing further, I called again on January 8, 2026, but no one answered.
I tried once more on January 26, 2026, and again could not reach anyone—each call was redirected to the support page. I then called back immediately and intentionally selected the sales option instead of following the automated directions. A sales representative answered, and after I explained the situation, he assured me that he would forward my request to the claims department and that I would receive an email within the next few days. To date, I still have not received any follow‑up.
