My husband and I stopped at Dunkin Donut in Polkville, (Cortland County) New York on 2/18/26. We both ordered croissant breakfast sandwiches, hash browns, small coffees and 2 blueberry donuts. Total $25.01. When we got our order, my husband's sandwich was stone cold. I went back to the window and handed the sandwich to the lady and told her it was cold. Then I waited, and waited, and waited while other orders were being filled. Meanwhile, our other food was getting cold. When I inquired how long did it take to heat up a sandwich, she told me there were other customers ahead of me. There were other employees just standing there, doing nothing that I could see. I asked to speak to the manager (Jackie) who wasn't there. We will never go there again because the customer service is so bad. They need some training!
Recommendation: Don't go to this Dunkin Donut location
Just went to Dunkin’ for 1/2 dozen. Summerville sc on 17a Carnes crossing. Will never go back. Went inside and asked for 6 donuts. Received the donuts and went home. Had a sour cream donut that was stale also my wife had a crueler that was also stale. She worked at Dunkin’ a long time ago and she said that the donuts didn’t have time to get stale since they were constantly being made and replaced. Now the donuts aren’t even made in the store.
