Dunkin' Donuts review: Toxic environment against customers, incoherent & lethargic staff on Sunday shift.

This incident took place yesterday 9/6/2026 at this location:
6627 University Blvd, Winter Park, FL 32792

I pull into the parking area only to be stared down hard by a group of kids, if looks can kill!
God forbid a customer should want to get coffee!

I enter the store and nobody is in the place!
Minutes later I see a worker appear; I guess enters from whatever entrance is near the kitchen area.

I then told him, I wanted a breakfast sandwich and a medium coffee, I had to repeat the order to him. He keep bantering incoherently trying to repeat my order and kept getting it wrong. He was also struggling to move abouts and get his bearings, seemed lethargic and wasted. I could seem him struggling.

By then several minutes have passed and I didn't feel safe due to the gang hanging by my vehicle.

It's clear that the employee and his pals are using the place as a hangout rather than a business.

They all seem to be high!

I simply walked out and drove away. In addition, as I was driving away from the lot, another group of kids driving wrecklessly almost ran their vehicle into mine. Both threaten and cursing at me as I was leaving.

I'm surprised with all those cameras at the facility that they can't see what is happening on a Sunday.

That location isn't safe or customer friendly. I'd avoid that place, God only knows what they're doing with the food if they can't present themselves as a proper and safe business.
