Eatstreet I will never order from Eatstreet again

I will never order from Eatstreet again. Every time I have ordered, I have been missing items. I called and spoke to a manager and told him since this happens every time that I will no longer be a customer, and that I wanted a full refund or my order re-delivered. He simply said that he couldn't do either, but would refund for JUST the items missing. When I spoke to a customer service rep about my issues, he shrugged it off like it didnt matter. Apparently Eatstreet does not care about their customers, and does not really care about making it right when they mess up. If this was only an occasional thing, I wouldn't mind. People make mistakes. But this has LITERALLY been EVERY SINGLE TIME. So, they lost a customer today.

don't ever recommend working for this company they provide false advertisment telling people you can make 15-20$ a hour which is incorrect they illegally cut employees wages 56% without their consent, also if you so happen to work for the company be sure to mark the hours you clock in and out and track your own miles because they have yet to get hammered with a lawsuit for wage theft upon their employees. plus their is no room for advancements within the company and they treat their delivery drivers like garbage. !

I am extremely disappointed in my driver who brought my food today. The person who came in asked if I was going to tip her because it showed no tip and I checked my order and did leave a tip. I think it is a poor decision to be asking if you are going to tip or not.

Horrible service! I ordered and with this being a delivery app I thought it would have defaulted to delivery, nope that would be to easy. Chatted with support fairly quickly to try to adjust the order, I said I would pay the extra fee to dispatch a driver but they are to lazy to contact the restaurant to let them know someone would be on the way. In this day and age with technology and all they are still living in the stone age. A little more expensive with Uber Eats but I'm switching... They just lost a 4 year loyal customer.

Eatstreet This company is a scam!

This company is a scam! I ordered them to delivery lunch. When I received the order, it was incorrect. I called the restaurant and they agreed to refund my entire order, but that I would need to contact EatStreet to get it. I did so. They only way to contact EatStreet is through email, they do not have a phone number to call. EatStreet replied to my email that they would credit me a $9 coupon for my next delivery, which needed to be used in the next seven days. I replied back that this is unacceptable and I needed my entire order credited as the restaurant agreed. No one from EatStreet has replied to my email and I have been "ghosted" ever since. This is terrible customer service and I feel as though I have been scammed!

Didn't even update the tracking order and was outside for 30 mins. Luckly, I have a security camera and got it before it got cold. My food was all tipped over and the person didn't even care and looks like they just threw it there. I also order from door dash and for me the food is always put nice.

I'll never use this service again. We ordered food at 7:45 this evening. It was supposed to arrive by 8:45. At 8:47 we got a text telling us the order was canceled. We called the restaurant. They said they had prepared our food and put it out for an Eatstreet driver to pick up. The restaurant checked their security cameras and said someone had picked up our food. They said it was "A lady in a yellow shirt." We called Eatstreet. They told us there was a delay with the delivery and the driver would arrive in 5 minutes. That was around 9:00. At 9:25 we called Eatstreet again because the order still hadn't arrived. They, again, said there had been "confusion" with our order. The Customer Service rep said the driver "Should be pulling in your driveway now." I told her I was looking outside the window at the road and no one was pulling in our driveway. I said if the food arrived now it would be cold and we didn't really want it at this point. I requested a refund and was told I would be refunded. The Customer Service Rep maintained our order would be coming. It's now one hour after our order was supposed to get here. No one has brought our order and I'm confident no one will. It's going on 10pm. Each rep on the phone was accommodating and tried to help. But the overall experience was horrible. I can confidently say I will not ever be using this service again. It's supposed to be convenient. They conveniently charged my card and didn't deliver my order. I'm hoping they follow through with my refund. Colossal waste of time. Untrustworthy. Ridiculous.

Eatstreet My first time dealing with EatStreet was early June for a pizza to be ready in 20min's

My first time dealing with EatStreet was early June for a pizza to be ready in 20min's. I arrived in 25min's and the business had no knowledge of the order. We had to wait "In the hot sun" for 25 min's while they made the order. My second time was on a Tuesday 6/30 at 4:30pm. Not a busy time. A different pizza restaurant. After my arrival, this restaurant had no knowledge of the order. On both occasions I had the order printouts to prove I HAD ordered and paid. I was told to wait 25min's while they made the pizza. It was 92 degrees in my car with my 2 dogs. I had no intention of waiting in the hot sun AGAIN because either EatStreet cannot communicate orders to the restaurants or the restaurants ignore orders from EatStreet. I wouldn't trust EatStreet again with an order. I was told by customer service I would receive refund.

I started an order for a local restaurant but decided against it as I was uncertain about this service. Even though I did not submit the order form and killed the page, my information was captured. I then received a thanks for signing up email. I never signed up, and will never sign up now. Sketchy!

I wish I could do negative because EatStreet is ridiculous! They don't care about their customers or service, they're a joke. I'm so upset by them and the restaurant, Never again! Door dash you win hands down!

Food was left outside on the ground in Wisconsin in February. Driver did not have tracker on. Eat street only refunded the $6.00 tip; not the $31.92 paid for the food that wasn't eaten. Tried numerous ways; you can't get a person at Corporate. Drivers have no incentive to deliver food reasonably.

I think this business likes giving out refunds and paying for peoples food, albeit, cold food. Multiple late orders, food arriving cold because driver was making other stops before delivering the food i ordered. Online chat does nothing but offer 3 dollar coupons that wont even cover the additional fees or delivery fees on orders. All in all, other options are available out there and i would recommend them, or find restaurants that still personally deliver.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I've had a mix of good and bad experiences with Eatstreet, but this last one was the breaking point. I waited just shy of 2 hours for my food to be delivered. By the time it got to me, the hot food was cold and soggy, and the frozen item I ordered was mostly thawed. The place I ordered from even called about 90 minutes into my wait to say my order had been ready for quite some time, but no driver showed up. I reached out to Eatstreet...initially trying to cancel my order. They told me my order would arrive in 20 minutes. When it didn't, I reached out again... they sent me a $5 coupon. Big whoop. When I asked for a full refund, I was told that because I had accepted another resolution (I didn't ask for the $5), they couldn't do anything else for me. I will not be using their services again.

Not getting my rewards or customer service I've used EatStreet extensively over the last two years. The drivers have been pretty consistent with good delivery. However, EatStreet itself is dropping the ball on applying my account rewards and on customer service. I've been trying to obtain my rewards for over a week (at least three behind as of today). Live chat cut me off (I wasn't rude, I just didn't type fast enough) and no response to my emails. I'll have to look for a new delivery service.

Wish i could give zero stars. Excepted my order charged my account had me wait 40 minutes. Then canceled my order stating the buisness had closed i called they wete in fact open. This service is garbage do not use

Order was cancelled 15 minutes before pickup. EatStreet claimed restaurant was closed- I called the restaurant and they were open and said they could fill my order in 30 minutes.

Worst experience ever! Half of my order was missing, after arriving 60 minutes late! The driver (Eric) Is the rudest person ever and does not follow the standard delivery process. Customer service sucks. Do not waste your time trying to reach out to them!

Eatstreet The worst customer service I have ever experienced

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My order never arrived so I contacted them. It took a good half hour or more for them to contact the delivery team, to which they just replied that the driver delivered it to my address. Obviously, they did not. The driver must not have had the common sense to double check the address, as there are slightly similar street names near my address with the same number. My house number is clearly marked and it is not a long street, I would expect anyone to be intelligent enough to look up at the street sign to see where they are. All Eatstreet said was that they won't resend the order and I can get a refund in 2-5 business days. My first time ordering through them and I will certainly never order again. I only feel bad for the restaurants that inevitably get a bad rap for everything wrong with deliveries (which i have heard others have similar experiences) when they have nothing to do with the order after it leaves their restaurant."

I'm not one to write bad reviews, but I've had so many bad experiences with Eat Street that I've officially decided not to use this "service" anymore. 90% of the time, at LEAST one thing is missing from the order. Sure, the restaurant should make sure that they are making the order correctly. However, just like any other delivery service, it is the DRIVERS responsibility to double check that everything is in the bag. This obviously is not a policy for Eat Street, but with how many complaints they probably get daily, don't you think they'd make it one? I've spent time speaking with 3 different instant chat representatives about my incorrect orders. "Okay, we've processed a refund." Uh...no thanks, I'd like to get the food we ordered because one of us is eating and the other one is not.. "well maybe the restaurant was out of that item. Maybe you should call beforehand to make sure they have it." What? How is that my responsibility. Yo... get your [censored] together Eat Street. You suck.

Eatstreet Really Eatstreet, really?

Really Eatstreet, really? Fun fact Eatstreet plans to lower their employee's wages, lowering their pay rate per hour. Yes, we looked it up and as long as you end up working and earning enough to make minimum wage it is legal. (also if it's not discrimination). How terrible, employees are already struggling and I get it's probably been a tough year for your company...no excuses. You need to do better. I would love to know something, how you can feel this is honestly fair to low-paying employees. The tips you keep pointing out drivers make, should not be a good excuse. It's hard to get tips when your system is putting drivers in a bad position, the mistakes and unreasonably long wait times end up costing them. They deal with complaints and rude customers mad at them for things out of their control. On top of this, you now cut pay because, well because..of selfish reasons. How many corporate employees and executives took pay cuts? I'm guessing none because they would leave. Yet this is considered acceptable for those below you? Do better"

I placed an order (12/5) only to later receive an "order canceled" email, leaving me hungry and without food. What's worse, my previous order (12/1) left me waiting for hours. Nothing. Paypal shows an authorization to EatStreet for $40.96. This authorization never did complete itself. I think I know the reason. But you would think the EatStreet system would have at least contacted me to see why my order did not complete itself after a couple hours. Instead, I just sat around waiting and waiting. I kept checking for update info in the EatStreet app, but found none. I had deleted my account over the spring and summer b/c of the way I was treated by their customer support last winter. I wanted nothing to do with EatStreet. But too many of my favorite restaurants are tied to EatStreet. Most of the restaurants I order from are locked up by Eatstreet. I live in Madison, WI, which is where EatStreet has its HQ. If I could order from my favorite restaurants with another service, I would. So here I am, suffering their terrible service, once again.

We've had two annoying experiences with this company during the Safer at Home order, but this one has my blood boiling. I hate to complain about any sort of business during these times, but this is one of the few types of companies who are benefiting from the current situation so I have no problem airing this out on here. We placed a small grocery order through Kwik Trip - who we love and respect their staff enough to not just go in on a whim and browse every shelf until we find everything we're looking for. We knew that prices were slightly marked up on the EatStreet app, but saw that delivery was "free". When I got to the checkout, I noticed that there was a 12.5% fee rolled into the "taxes and additional fees" line. These two things aren't itemized unless you put your cursor over the information icon, and would be easily overlooked. Shiesty practice, but whatever - we placed the order. A little while later I received an email from EatStreet claiming that an item had been substituted with something else, and they would refund the difference of $5.20 to my card. Which they did. However, I received the order and three items totaling $9 were completely missing. I've contacted the company several days in a row, and late last night received a message that the items were already refunded. No, they weren't, and they still aren't. Between the markups, somewhat hidden "additional fees", and slow moving refunds, this company is a hot mess.

If I could review 0 out of 5 I would. We ordered from Coldstone Creamery (an ice cream restaurant). Our 'driver' (if he can even be called that at the deplorable service) texted to say he had 'dropped off' our order. We went to find it and couldn't. We tried multiple times to call the driver or text him and did not receive a response. Thankfully Coldstone offered to make it again for free. After going back to the apartment of the person who ordered (they live on the 3rd floor of a LOCKED APARTMENT BUILDING) the food was found melting outside the apartment door. They didn't even contact the person who ordered to be let into a locked apartment building. They just waited for a random tenant to let them in apparently. They left the COLD FROZEN food. In a warm building. The driver didn't even have the courtesy to make sure the food was received as it was cold and would melt! Eat Street has no phone number to attempt to leave a review and all you are able to do is email them. They try to give you a coupon or a small refund of the payment but it is such deplorable service that we will NEVER use it again. It's a wonder how they ever get business. This is not the first time this has happened. We have had terrible service from them before and have tried to give them multiple chances and they just don't improve. Do NOT use EatStreet. Use Door Dash or Grub Hub. At least they have ways to contact a REAL person and their drivers actually answer their phones. Extremely disgusted.

This company is borderline fraudulent and is willing to blatantly steal from customers. Numerous times they have delivered food so late that it was inedible and as many people have said, only issue a $3 credit that can expire in a matter of days. I've probably lost close to a hundred dollars because of this and they refuse to do anything further. They repeatedly say "a manager will contact you in 24-48 hours". Out of the 3 complaints I've had, I only received contact once and it was via email. They asked for some additional details and I was told it would be another 24-48 hours before I'd get a response. It took nearly 2 weeks for 8 emails to resolve the matter. Their phone number doesn't work and the chat representatives are useless. This last issue is that my employer paid EatStreet a fee to offer all employees free delivery for a year. As soon as I try to take advantage of this, I'm told that my account is restricted because their "third-party fraud detection company" flagged my account. Happened to others in my company which effectively bars us from using the benefit our employer paid them for. And the only resolution? Wait for a supervisor to reach out in 24-48 hours at which point I'm guessing I won't be needing lunch for today. And top of that, my last "rewards" from them expire tomorrow so by the time my account is opened up again, my rewards will be gone. Seems too coincidental based on their track record to be just a "safety feature" (especially since I witnessed fraud happen on my account in real time - saw the charge hit my pending transactions at my bank - and they "couldn't do anything". Took me over a month to get that fraud situation resolved thanks to my bank since EatStreet refused to take any accountability). At this point, this company has clearly taken advantage of a post-pandemic world and will continue to hold people hostage for the sake of their poor operations. I will be contacting an attorney to discuss my rights and what routes of compensation I have with EatStreet because they can no longer be allowed to do what they do.

Eatstreet Order Delivered to the Wrong Address

My food was delivered to the wrong house on Sunday 6/29 at 7:06pm. I immediately text the driver who did not respond and notified EatStreet at 7:10pm through their chat app. I was informed by Alexander V. that my food would be picked up by the driver and then delivered to the correct address, my address 20 minutes later, cold, and that my family and I were expected to eat it. That’s unsanitary and unacceptable. As you can see, I was told that their company does not offer refunds unless the food is delivered late. My order was just delivered to the wrong address, sat outside of it for 20 minutes and then picked up and delivered to me at 7:28pm.

We did not eat the food, and I have contacted the company through several avenues without resolution or even a reply.

I hope that you will look into this matter as I was told that I am not allowed to speak to a EatStreet manager about this issue, or even know when one might be available to speak with.

Thank You for your assistance.

Eatstreet Eat Street delivered my food completely soaking wet

Eat Street delivered my food completely soaking wet. When I reached out they said to contact the restaurant, so I did. The restaurant said they checked the order before it went out and nothing was wrong so it was the driver's fault. I contacted Eat Street again and they have not responsed since. I've tried emailing about 4 times and live chatting, but to no avail. Literally gave me a $7 EatStreet credit on an over $50 order. I told them I can't use a credit because I have severe food allergies and normally do not get food delivered, I simply did it before because I was babysitting. So disappointed that I've tried so many times to resolve this and nothing has happened, not even a response.

EatStreet did not have authorization to offer Online Ordering for ***. EatStreet put an app on our *** search with our menu - they take orders and payments from our customers. We do not have the orders or the payments in our business and have never set up an account with EatStreet.I have tried to call them and email them with NO response. Need Help.

On Feb 12, 2022 I used the Eatstreet to order food for pickup at a local restaurant. I ordered two taco dinners from *** at ***. When arriving to pick up my food, they had no idea about eatstreet and ordering. I reordered my food in person and paid cash at the restaurant for my order. I immediately contacted eatstreet and was told my order through them would be canceled and a full refund would be given within 5-7 days. With multiple contacts and empty promises I still have yet to receive my refund of $31.48.

Eatstreet I have 2 related complaints with eatstreet

I have 2 related complaints with eatstreet. The first was on an order that was "delivered" 2 hours after the delivery time. I did not receive the order because I was at work. I asked for a refund since I got NO food. And Eatstreet said all they could do was give me a $7 coupon. It was $40 worth of food. They essentially stole my money since no food was recieved. The second order was only half complete. I was missing $13 worth of food. I called the restaurant and the lady said it wasnt on my online order so they couldn't give me the food. Eatstreet still charged me for the order. When I contacted customer service, they gave me a $3 coupon. They AGAIN stole money. They took my money and did not provide the service paid for.

Thursday, December 16th, 4:28 pm- Order# *** I had ordered food through them and the driver brought me the wrong order, I contacted their costumer service and all they gave me was $3 dollar's off my next order that expires in the next 45 day's and thats off the website, I would just like a refund, I have received no email from them as of yet

On 1/15, I order food delivered by EatStreet. (Order ***). Total amount is $32.23 including tax and fees.I felt stomachache and sick after eating that meal delivered by EatStreet. I feel terrible and ended up throwing up. And that meal is the only thing I ate that day. I contacted EatStreet several times and EatStreet is not doing anything regarding this and refuses to refund. This is just disappointing and I have been an EatStreet user since 2015! And surprisingly knowing that how "great" their customer service is. I will never *** from them again!

Eatstreet I used EatStreet to order lunch from Chipotle

I used EatStreet to order lunch from Chipotle. When the order arrived, there were several issues and errors with the order. I contacted Chipotle and they agreed to issue a full refund, but I would need to contact EatStreet to receive refund. EatStreet does not have a phone number you can call, they only have an email. I sent an email with my information, order number, my complaint and what the restaurant said. I received an email back with a $9 coupon off next delivery, to be used within seven days. My order from Chipotle was over $50. I replied back that this was unacceptable and I needed a full refund as promised by Chipotle. No one has returned my email. No one. I have been "ghosted" and feel as though I've been scammed.

I order food from a restaurant through their website or so I thought. After I enter my long order I pressed pay but I realized that I was going to be charged $41 dollars for service fee. I called the restaurant immediately, they told me the don't collect any service fee and that I was supposed to contact Eat Street directly which I did. That was 3 days ago I haven't had a resolution to my problem and I haven't been able to explain and justify the "service fee" charges .

I have been trying to reach out to them for couple months. I cancel my contract with Eaststreet after months that they were not able to fix my online issues.I request a credit. I have been sending emails but no answer.EatStreet says I need to contact ***, which I did, but after 3 months they still charge my account.

I ordered from eat street on 12/16. After seeing it was going To take over an hour I decided to cancel my order. Eat street Still charged my card and delivered with food. I immediately contacted them to tell them They made a mistake. They refused to refund me because the food had already been delivered. I even offered to take the food back myself. I just want my money back.

I placed an order for food delivery from a local restaurant using EATSTREET on Friday, April 3 at 6:31 pm. It was order #***. 45 mins later the restaurant manager called me to state that the order was ready and waiting but that no driver came to pick it up and would I prefer to pick it up myself. I informed him that I could not since I don't have a vehicle at the moment. He stated that he had just been on hold at the EATSTREET customer service line for 10 mins and could not reach an agent to help resolve the issue. My order was never delivered and my attempts to contact EATSTREET online both through chat and email have gone unanswered. Basically I have paid for services that were charged to my card but never rendered.

We placed an order through the Eatstreet app. The order was placed at 12:17pm and delivered at 1:57pm. Our food was completely cold. I emailed Eatstreet and asked for a full refund. They gave us a $3.00 coupon and a $7.00 credit. Our order total was $45.39. I feel like Eatstreet was unfair and should have offered a complete refund.

Ordered food from this company that never arrived. Customer service gave a number to another delivery company that is not in business with the restaurant. Could not get ahold of either restaurant nor supposed delivery company to get food. This is a scam. I want a full refund of my money and an apology from the company.

On October 5th at about 5pm, I placed an order on Eat Street for *** for some food and when it was delivered it was not correct. So I reached out to Eat Street about the order, to let them know that my food was not made correctly. I was told by the first rep that he needed to send it other department that would contact me. I happened to check my email and saw that someone from Eat Street and emailed me. It said they were sorry for the inconvenience and that they issued me a $5 coupon for my next order. I emailed back and said thank but then asked my refund because I was not able to eat my food because I am allergic to tomatoes. I then get a response saying I needed to contact the restaurant and I asked why when I did not place my order with and that I placed it with Eat Street, who is also the place I paid. I have yet to receive a response back about my refund. This is not good customer service at all.

Eatstreet There website practices

There website practices. I search and located the restaurant I wanted to eat at and found it on the internet. Right under the business was the "order" button which I entered, basically believing I was ordering from the business. Instead Eat Street somehow circumvents going to the restaurant and directs you to them, unknowingly. I assumed they were the delivery company the restaurant uses but they are not. I didn't realize this until AFTER I placed my order and pop up box told me the restaurant would be delivering my food. Eat Street charges and fee and marked up the food items about a $1 a place. Basically, they are making money for doing nothing since the restaurant is actually delivering the food. I just think it's a shady way to do business.

Eatstreet On 1/1/22, I placed an order through Eatstreet

On 1/1/22, I placed an order through Eatstreet. The app kept circling and saying that the restauarant was confirming my order. After about an hour, I figured the restaurant must be closed, but it showed open on Eatstreet's website. I contacted *** through the link on the app. I let them know that I had never received my order. They offered me a $17.55 credit, which I thought was for the inconvenience of my order never going through. They never indicated that I would still be charged for an order I never received. My credit card was charged $38.99 for an order I never received. Eatstreet said they would not give me a refund because I had accepted the credit for $17.55 which I never would have done if I knew that I would still be charged for my order.

I payed $40 for lemonade and breadsticks and when I asked what I could do to to get my refund they said they could only give me a $7 credit for the in convenience. Not a Refund. ORDER #*** All I want is my money back.

I placed an order through EatStreet (order #***); they told me it would be ready around 1158.I went to the place at ***, only to find out the business wasn't even open yet. As in, it's still under construction.I contacted EatStreet via chat; "*** E" told me they would cancel my order, but that it could take up to 5 BUSINESS DAYS for it to show in my account.I repeatedly asked her to transfer me to her supervisor, but she kept refusing; finally she ended the chat prematurely.I started another chat with "Glaizel D" and immediately asked to speak to his supervisor to complain about the previous agent; he also refused to transfer me AND refused to give me said supervisor's name.So now here I am, without my order, without my money, and without a satisfactory resolution to my issue.

It took over an hour and a half from when i placed my order and it sat on order processing that whole time so i then got a hold of customer service where they said it was on the way and will be made priority to get to us right away. They said the driver will get here within 20 minutes with the food. It took him 45 minutes to arrive with the food. It was ice cold and smooshed, falling outside of its packaging. It was gross. So i messaged customer service asking for a refund, where they just ignored me at first and then i emailed again saying this is an issue and they credited me $10 for a $70 bill. I told them i don't want that i want a refund for all that has happened and customer service literally ignored me and didn't respond at all. So they basically stole all my money with no refund of any kind for food we couldn't eat

Here is the issue: I ordered donuts from *** and it appeared that they were linked to EatStreet Delivery. My mother never got the donuts and Eatstreet has implied a relationship wiith *** that does not exist. I don't know if they also have my personal information and credit card information which I would not have given to them if I thought there were other than ***. My mother is 93 in a nursing home in Kalamazoo Michigan - I am in Seattle. these were for Valentine's day. What could be meaner than that! I called to follow up with Eat Street and got a third party that handles their compaints they claim the order was delivered and they gave me a number for Eastreet *** and of course no one has answered my voice mail. my order number was ***. This is a total scam. I called *** directly they have no affiliation with any delivery service and they are also upset about their reputation and this problem.

Eatstreet On at least two separate occasions I have placed orders with EatStreet for food deliveries, in the range of $120-$170 dollars that have arrived

On at least two separate occasions I have placed orders with EatStreet for food deliveries, in the range of $120-$170 dollars that have arrived so late that the food (on both occasions sushi containing raw fish) is literally not safe to eat. This evening (April 10) I placed an order totaling $169.29 for sushi at 4:18 PM at a restaurant that is a 10-minute drive from my home. The delivery driver picked up my order at 5:07 PM. It is currently 6:26 PM and I am being told by customer service that the order is still 30 minutes away. Obviously, raw fish sitting in someone's vehicle for this amount of time - even if it weren't going to be sitting there for another half hour - is unsafe to eat. I requested a refund and was told that they cannot cancel or refund orders that are already out for delivery. I've had this issue before, and never received the e-mail from customer service to resolve the issue, so I have very little faith that this issue will be resolved.

Eatstreet I had created an order online for food delivery

I had created an order online for food delivery. Shortly after receiving the receipt in my email for the order, I received a following email that states: "Hello ***, We were notified that your Red Robin - Appleton Stoneybrook Rd order needed to be adjusted. We have reimbursed your credit card in the amount of the difference which came to $13.89. This will appear on your credit card statement from EatStreet within the next 2 business days. We greatly appreciate your business and encourage you to contact us if you have any questions. Best regards, *** EatStreet Customer Service customer.[protected]@eatstreet.com" I responded to this email 3 times... first to cancel if an item is not being fulfilled, second is to inquire which item is not being fulfilled, and third to again request cancellation. All replies by me were ignored, and the order proceeded with missing items, and no way of me knowing what item was not being fulfilled, so we could order an alternative.

On [protected] I placed an order on EatStreet from a local eatery near me. My order number is #*** When the food arrived I discovered the driver had delivered me someone else's food, and none of the items I had originally ordered were included in the bag. Simple and honest mistake, I just wanted it corrected. I called the restaurant 4 times over the course of a couple hours and received no answer. I then attempted to resolve this with EatStreet, and was told they wouldn't be refunding me and I needed to contact the restaurant. Which was basically a face palm moment for me, and I told them the restaurant was not accepting my calls. They offered no other resolution or assistance with this. I received a follow up email shortly after & was told yet again they would not be assisting me further and to take the issue up with the restaurant. The customer service here is horrible, and just goes in circles with no clear end point other than avoiding taking responsibility for a mistake that occurred through their platform. I should not have to accept and pay for food I did not want or order.

I ordered food from Salvatores Tomato Pies in ***, *** on 10/03. Salvatores uses EatStreet as their delivery service. In the notes section while making my order, I wrote, DOORBELL IS BROKEN- CALL OR TEXT *** WHEN YOU ARRIVE- OTHERWISE I WONT KNOW THE FOOD IS HERE. THANKS!EatStreet accepted my money and thus accepted this stipulation. I heard from no one, so I went to the front door of my building to wait for the driver at the estimated delivery time. I found my food- the pizza was cold and the ice cream was melted. I immediately contacted EatStreet. They refused to return my money or reorder the food via the chat feature on their website. I then filled out a complaint form and an employee named *** emailed a similar response and said he would send it up the chain. I continued to communicate with EatStreet about this each day until 10/07, when I received an email stating, Due to the age of this order, we are unable to authorize reimbursement. Please let us know if there is anything else we may assist you with.To date, EatStreet has kept my money, leaving me without money and the food order. I want them to refund me.

On August 4 i placed an order for a local eatery. over 2 hours later i never received my order that cost me $51.00. i called the resturant directly and they stated they never received my order from the Eatstreet website. So i contacted eatstreet to get my money refunded as it had already been charged to my credit card. i waited a week or so when i checked my credit card again to see if the charges had been replaced. they had NOT. i waited a nother week as they said it could take 3-5 buisness days. when i emailed them for the 3rd time they sent me a statement saying it had been refunded on August 5th. however i sent them my credit card statement at that time with was Sept 17th showing that the money was still not refunded and asked if it was policy to refund to the card that was charged. i got no more response at that time. a few weeks later, i sent another email with the same information only a new CC statement showing the money still not refunded and i got the same information. this is so ridiculous that i have to keep going through this email process. i have showed them numerous times my credit card statement showing i have NOT received the refund. and it is now going to be October. and the original charge was made August 4th. we are in the middle of a pandemic and i am unemployed now and that money is all i am asking for back.

Order [protected] was a $65.62 order from Toppers pizza (325 West Ave N, La Crosse, WI 54601) that was never delivered. This was an unacceptable waste of money and I am requesting a refund.
