I think my experience with DD is by far the worst. I go to DD three times a week and order the same thing every time. They know me. I am not lying when I say they get my order wrong 3 out of 4 times. I have complained and gone back and or just eat the loss. Well it got escalated to a manager and an owner. And their response was "please dont come back anymore. We cant make you happy and you are bumming out our staff". I was never rude, never yelled, never got nasty. Did I get frustrated, for sure. But I was just told not to come back anymore. So I dont. I go to Starbucks or Paneras and get my coffee and breadkfast there.
