Dunkin' Donuts review: Bagels

06/27/26 approx 6:35 am @ the Red Bank/Lexington location-1123 S. Lake Drive, Lexington SC. Ordered in the drive through on my way to work-1 plain, untoasted bagel with plain cream cheese and an order of snackin' bacon. As I started driving, I noticed that the bagel was literally rock hard. I didn't even attempt to eat it-it would have been impossible. I went back to the window and they replaced it with ANOTHER hard bagel, which I did not eat because I did not trust the staff to not have done something to my food at that point. I also did not have time to wait for a CC refund because I was going to be late for work. My loyalty to Dunkin Donuts spans over 40+ years and across 39 states. I grew up in NYC and only knew neighborhood bakeries and Dunkin Donuts. I have never been pleased with the quality of the pastries that come from this location but hope against hope that they will get better.
