I ordered antivirus software 2 years ago and never used this notebook. 2 years later they automatically charged me $34.95. I could not contact them easily. Did a lot of internet search and found a phone number. 2 months later they send me an email evey other day saying I must contact them within 48 hours or they will close complaint. Credit card says try to deal with them. IWILL NEVER BUY MICRO DRI TREND ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE AGAIN. NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH MCAFEE!

I cannot activate TRENDMICRO. Please cancel my order dated October 10, 2008 in the amount of 84.85 to my card ending 0317.
I have received instructions to activate but will not respond because I do not have correct e-mail address.
TREND was loaded by my computer tech, so I will go to him and ask him to update my protection.

I just noticed on my Visa a charge for Dri Trend Micro U.S.D. funds for $58.69.
I did not purchase or authorize any purchase from this company...
I noticed a similar complaint from someone else whose card had been simalarily charged.
I want my credit card credited ASAP.

You charged me 7.99 89.90 and I canceled the trend. I am an attorney and I will sue your butt. I have had lots of complaints from this department. I will have a class action suit against you. I want it canceled off my credit card. I called the fraud department on my credit card. You better take it off.

I have also had unauthorized charges from Dri Trend Micro on a computer that is NOT working - it's unplugged, etc. - how do they give me their services if I have no computer. What can I do?

this is the second time I have sent you this note, my visa card has three trend micro billings a total of 136.84 I need to have these bills removed from my visa credit card, please notify me by E-Mail I do not need these services, I need this 136.84 removed from my VISA credit card account THANK YOU

I was charged $44.95 for on my VISA credit card for an automatic renewal of Trend Micro. I could not get a phone number so I canceled the product on line twice as soon as I received the e-mail notification. I do not even have the computer for which the subscription was renewed. Please refund the amount now.

I have a charge on my Visa 11/12 ref.nbr.0074 of 7.99 also same date ref.nbr. 8697 55.95, I have not received the product, my computer says I need an anti virus. I want this bill to be taken off on the charge card now. Thank you Janice Hauger

Dri Trend Mocro falsely charged my charge card for services or products I did not order or authorize. I want my card credited in the amount of the charges $43.27. And for the product or service that was never authorized to be discontinued.

I did not authorize Trend Micro to renew my antivirus protection, nor did I authorize them to debit my credit card for $44.95. They did the same thing last year without my permission.

I renewed my antivirus software but did not receive the download to apply it. There were two charges applied to my credit card by DRI TREND MICRO. One for $59.95 and another for $6.95.
I did receive numerous E-mails from the company telling me my subscription was out of date. I could not find a phone number for them. I tried to E-mail and they wanted to charge an additional fee to help me and answer my questions. HELP!

I received my credit card statment today and was charged 47.76 for the anti virus softwear. I did not order this, nor did I authorized Trend Micro to charge this to my credit card. I will not pay it and want it removed.
