Trend Micro double billed / won't fix expiration date

Trend micro has done the double charging thing again. On feb 3, they charged $250 us for a $116 purchase. They tried to lie and claim that the bank did it. I got the bank to remove the extra charge.

Then, my new subscription had an expiration date of three days from now! I called for the third time today, demanded a supervisor and it took over an hour for someone to find a supervisor. I was promised a fix to the expiration date that has not happened yet.

Plus the servers are down and the product won't update. If they don't fix it, they will probably delay a refund. Usually a place that screwed up will delay a refund.

Hi,
Fido getting along with Rogers and some unknown company's altogether they charge customers crazy with incoming txt msgs which we do not even play and try to speak with them they simply ignore your call and if you ask for reembursement they say that we do not even know them. But it is all interrelated within the 3rd party, rogers and fido. People do not even know about this. without my knowledge I was charged for some Trivia games 84040 which I never even signed up and the guy whom I spoke to is clearly telling me that you agreed to terms and conditions for this which I never did it. It is either do isconnect the line and go for other service provider. Very much upset with about this.

A $77.71 charge appeared on my bank statement, i didnt order this product or renew it. There had been pop-up's on my computer asking me to renew it but i never athorized such. I WANT IT GONE!

Company billed me for $76.26 on my credit card for software I do not have or want. This needs to be taken off my credit card. But there is no way to get in touch with this company( no e-mail, no phone #, not address to write to. This company is not to be tursted.

I did not reorder the DRI*TREND MICRO and yet I have been bill to my credit card $35.95. Please help my get my credit due back to me. I thought that I had canceled out of the auto renewal. I was having a great deal of trouble with my computer and took off all of the Trend Micro off of the hard drive. Thank you! rdeb

I ordered this product on 11/10/11 for a 1 year protection and I was charged $66.88 twice. the order number is [protected], I want to keep this order. By accident I didn't think that the order went through and I clicked it again. Trend Micro unauthorized usage of my credit card

They did it to me as well and when i called them rep. On phone told me 5 - 7 days till i could get money back, in the time being they bounced two other checks on me. I"m out of work and a single mother of two, nice company right. Not only that but while i was on the phone with the rep. From the company i waited for 15 min and had to tell the guy 6 times that i wanted a supervisor. Something needs to be done. They sent email to see if i wanted to continue using there product and i said no but they still took it! If they can't read a no box how can they protect my computer for hackers! Signed catherine

I did not require or authorize a renew from trend company, but it takes 44 dollars from my credit card. I want these charges credited to my credit card immediately.

I had the same thing happen to me. I had a charge on my credit card for $48.66. I never heard of this place until this charge appeared out of no where. I want my account credited NOW!

I renewed my trend micro 4/7/12, the charge was on my last credit card bill for $41.95...everytime I tried to download, I was told to renew again. I now have downloaded the one month free, so my computer is protected. What do I do now? Ask for a refund or pay double?

I have the same problem, I don't know how they got my billing info. I have tried to call every phone number offered at the web site and when I call I get told to go to the web site for all concerns. I want to speak with a person.

Trend Micro auto renewal scam

Trend Micro kept charging me annual renewal fees three years after I cancelled my subscription to the service.

I didn't catch the renewals in 2009 and 2010 (44.95 each) but I caught this year's charge of 62.95. I called to have them all refunded and was told they could only refund from 30 days. So they refunded my 2011 charge and referred me to the sales dept to talk about the last two years.

I called their sales dept and found out that the first person I talked to who refunded my 2011 renewal fee didn't even cancel the auto renewal. That was the whole problem in the first place! The sales dept refused to refund my last two years worth of fees and blamed me for not reading my credit card statements in a timely manner. Oh I see, you send me countless emails asking me to renew my subscription and when I don't, you charge me anyway. Now you tell me it's MY fault because I didn't check my credit card statement soon enough to catch them! Why send emails asking me to renew if you just renew it yourself automatically?!

Is there any way I can recover my money from them?

Trend Micro charge on account unauthorized

We have also been charged for virus software we are not using. Last year we disputed this on our credit card. First we received a credit and then a letter stating we have been recharged. We refuse to being hastled and charged for sevices not rendered. If you do not remove this from our charge we also will seek further action.

I renewed my subscription to Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security on 9/28/10. On 10/01/10 a charge in the amount of $52.38 and $7.44 was deducted from my checking account. The source of the deduction was Dri*trend Micro orderfind.com I down loaded the product and installed the product on my computer using the serial number provided. Now its saying that...

Trend Micro unauthorized charge on my credit card

Got several emails informing me that my Trend Micro antivirus was getting ready to expire. Never authorized them to use my credit card to renew, as I have gone to another anti-virus software.
Got my credit card statement, and there it was. A charge of $49.11. I did NOT tell them to renew or make these charges to my credit card.
I want this to be re-imbursed ASAP.

I was charged 267.49, and within the first week, I uninstalled the product from my computer because it was frustrating, and useless to me. I never signed up for Smith Micro, so I figured per 30 days if I uninstalled the product within the first week then when the 30 days was up Smith Micro wouldn't come for its money because I never order the product. I down loaded a trial, was unhappy with it, and took it off of my computer.

Now I'm being charged as if I did order it. So I sent a response to tech support, and even though it appears I will have to go through over draft fees, to get my money back, I will also have to pull in some extra manual labor and get paid cash to replace this charge I never should have gotten to begin with.

I am never downloading another free trial again. This experience has been enough to realize how much I need my money not to let some idiotic company just take it even though I had canceled well before the 30 days was up.

I was going to buy Poser 8 at a later date for a discounted price. But now I'll never give my money to a dishonest company such as this.

I have to remove my complaint, I signed up for a free trial with Manga Studio and forgot about it although I uninstalled the product. It had nothing to do with antivirus software. so i got the company wrong. Anyway the refund process went smoothly. I didn't even have to speak to anyone.

Trend Micro credit card information not protected

I renewed my trend micro product and used my credit card. After this transaction, i received a phone call from the Visa Fraud Dept. alerting me to recent charges that appeared fraudulant to them. When i received my credit card statement, there were 8 unauthorized charges made to that same credit card. I don't believe that they protect their customer's billing privacy.

In reviewing my credit card bill, I also find a charge for dri-trend micro that I did not order. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. Then I found a similar charge put on my account 3/31/10 - again, unauthorized. What's with these guys? This is stealing. It needs to be stopped. I'm calling the attorney general in lansing, mi to see what can be done about these crooks.

Certamente per errore lo stesso importo di euro 35, 99 mi è stato addebitato successivamente con transazione n. 1630546.

Trend Micro auto rebilling can't stop them

I am stuck getting billed for 2 of Trends products billed on 2 seperate credit catds. I have Uninstalled their product a couple of years ago, and went with another company. I continue to get an automatic bill which my credit card company keeps paying. I never to my knowledge signed up for an ever-renewing billing. from a on-line company. They provide no help phone number and make it almost impossible to find a way to contact them about stopping a service I do not want and do not use. I cannot be the only person they are doing this to!

I received on my credit card statement a bill for $79.90 listed as "DRI*TREND MICRO ORDERFIND.COM MN." Checking on Trend Micro's own web site my last "order" was on 7/13/2017 with manual renewal. I have not renewed since that time and have placed no order in the last 2 years. Trend Micro has customer service open only M-F and has a "chat" open only M-F or, you can email them & supposedly get an aswer back the next business day. I will be contacting them to follow up & I'm considering complaining to the State Attorney General. Given the number of complaints that I have read here it's a continuing issue.

I have been billed twice for the same product. Once I was double billed on my Capital one Visa. I got that problem resolved. Now I'm being billed on my Chase Visa, I was told my the computer that my Trend Micro was expired even after I charged it on my other credit card

I ordered the program and it was charged to my paypal account. It would not download due to "outlook being open." which was not. I tried using my login and said there was no such login. What a fraudulent company. I will be reporting to the california state attorney general's office. Do not order this product!

Bought and renewed Trend Micro antivirus software. Original adverising said it could be applied to three computers but when I tried to install it to a second one, I was denied and told it could be used on only one. But they did offer to let me buy new coverage for the second -- and their ad for their product at

Wrote them (3 April), tried e-mailing them first. No responses.

I want what I was promised when I bought the product -- coverage on up to three computers.

Payment for Trend Microsoft antivirus service has been deducted from my checking acct.
This was done May 10, 2017. Decription of deduction is [protected] DRI*Trend Micro. I have received several e-mails advising charge of $19.95 failed. This was because Trend tried to debit my account from a foreign bank. They then resubmitted it from a US bank and it was accepted. As of now my computor is without protection. Reguesting this be corrected ASAP...

I purchased over the internet the $49.95 Anti virus program. On my Discover Card statement I was bill twice by your company. Once on 12/13/09 in the amount of $39.95 and then again on 12/14/09 in the amount of $31.95. This is a $21.95 overcharge. Please make correction. I had purchased Trend Micro Internet Security on 1/31/2017 and billed itot my credit card; I was unable to download the product, but was still charged for it. I even went back a few days later to see if I was able to download but was still unsuccessful. I was billed for the 56.90 on 1/31/2017 to my credit card but never received the protection. I would like the 56.90 credited to my credit card account. The order confirmation # is : [protected], password qt2k18 serial # PFEF-[protected].

Trend Micro unauthorized billing

I didn't authorize Dri*Trend Micro to automatically bill me for their services. There is no address or telephone # of this company to call or complain to, hence, no customer service at all. This company is a scam and is VERY deceptive. I have contacted my credit card company tocredit my account of $44.95. Trend Micro will e-mail you saying you need to renew your services and will bill you automatically regardles if you renew with them or not. I do not need or request this service with this shady company.

These thiefs duped my elderly mother. She didn't even want the service and didn't know she clicked to get it until her credit card company sent her a bill. They have all too easy access to credit card and bank account information. She didn't authorize the transaction and they didn't just bill her for an unwanted service, they double-billed her! They ought to be in jail! They are the ### of the earth.

I was charged twice @ $62.95 on my debit card for an automatic billing that I DID NOT consent to! I have cancelled my debit card because of this and now I am in a financial bind. I want to have the $125.90 returned to my account as soon as possible!

Trend Micro charged account without authorization

I checked my account online this morning, as I do every morning, and discovered a fradulent charge by dri*trend micro orderfind. Commnus. I don't know who this company is and did not order anything from them. I have disputed this with my bank, closed my account and they have been reported to my bank's fraud department. I read other online complaints and was directed to www.digitalriver.com phone number [protected]. The customer representative was, in my opinion, absolutely no help. I gave my name, was put on hold, then told something was coming up under my name; however, without giving my address and other personal information, the representative could not help me. What kind of scam are these people running?

Trend Micro charged, not ordered

I have one year left on my antivirus software, which I downloaded and paid for last year. I was contacted by email that said my virus protection was out of date and I needed to order another. I wrote back and told them my status. Was charged 39.95 on credit card. Was this a mistake?

I haven't done business with them since 2006, and my card number has changed at least twice since then, so they should not have my current card number! I am not using their software. I want a refund. This caused service...
