Trend Micro kept charging me annual renewal fees three years after I cancelled my subscription to the service. I didn't catch the renewals in 2009 and 2010 (44.95 each) but I caught this year's charge of 62.95. I called to have them all refunded and was told they could only refund from 30 days. So they refunded my 2011 charge and referred me to the sale...

Trend Micro - charge on account unauthorized

We have also been charged for virus software we are not using. Last year we disputed this on our credit card. First we received a credit and then a letter stating we have been recharged. We refuse to being hastled and charged for sevices not rendered. If you do not remove this from our charge we also will seek further action.

I renewed my subscription to Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security on 9/28/10. On 10/01/10 a charge in the amount of $52.38 and $7.44 was deducted from my checking account. Got several emails informing me that my Trend Micro antivirus was getting ready to expire. Never authorized them to use my credit card to renew, as I have gone to another anti-virus software. Got my credit card statement, and there it was. A charge of $49.11. I did NOT tell them to renew or make these charges to my credit card. I want this to be re-imbursed ASAP.

Trend Micro - credit card information not protected

I renewed my trend micro product and used my credit card. After this transaction, i received a phone call from the Visa Fraud Dept. alerting me to recent charges that appeared fraudulant to them. When i received my credit card statement, there were 8 unauthorized charges made to that same credit card. I don't believe that they protect their customer's billing privacy.

I have an order on my credit card from Cabelas. i did not place an order for anything from this site. I want the charges of $71.95 plus .08 interest immediatly removed from my card.

In reviewing my credit card bill, I also find a charge for dri-trend micro that I did not order. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. Then I found a similar charge put on my account 3/31/10 - again, unauthorized. What's with these guys? This is stealing. It needs to be stopped. I'm calling the attorney general in lansing, mi to see what can be done about these crooks.

after renewing my antivirus software from Trend Micro, I have been double billed for the service. I have 2 entries for 7.95 and 2 entries for 39.95 on my credit card statement. recently tried to download antivirus software and failed so cancelled the order yet I have been billed £49.95 against my credit card. you will recognise my order from my e-mail address. time of order circa february 2010. please reimburse this amount and do not make any more demands on my funds. In occasione dell'acquisto di antivirus trend micro effettuato il giorno 11/1/2010 ho pagato euro 35, 99 complessivi (euro 29 + euro 6, 99) con transazione n. 1630382 addebitata su carta VISA electron Postepay n. [protected].
Certamente per errore lo stesso importo di euro 35, 99 mi è stato addebitato successivamente con transazione n. 1630546.
Chiedo il rimborso di euro 35, 99 sulla predetta carta di credito.

Trend Micro - auto rebilling can't stop them

I am stuck getting billed for 2 of Trends products billed on 2 seperate credit catds. I have Uninstalled their product a couple of years ago, and went with another company. I continue to get an automatic bill which my credit card company keeps paying. I never to my knowledge signed up for an ever-renewing billing. from a on-line company. They provide no help phone number and make it almost impossible to find a way to contact them about stopping a service I do not want and do not use. I cannot be the only person they are doing this to!

I received on my credit card statement a bill for $79.90 listed as "DRI*TREND MICRO ORDERFIND.COM MN." Checking on Trend Micro's own web site my last "order" was on 7/13/2017 with manual renewal. I have not renewed since that time and have placed no order in the last 2 years. Trend Micro has customer service open only M-F and has a "chat" open only M-F or, you can email them & supposedly get an aswer back the next business day. I will be contacting them to follow up & I'm considering complaining to the State Attorney General. Given the number of complaints that I have read here it's a continuing issue.

I have been billed twice for the same product. Once I was double billed on my Capital one Visa. I got that problem resolved. Now I'm being billed on my Chase Visa, I was told my the computer that my Trend Micro was expired even after I charged it on my other credit card

I ordered the program and it was charged to my paypal account. It would not download due to "outlook being open." which was not. I tried using my login and said there was no such login. What a fraudulent company. I will be reporting to the california state attorney general's office. Do not order this product!

Bought and renewed Trend Micro antivirus software. Original adverising said it could be applied to three computers but when I tried to install it to a second one, I was denied and told it could be used on only one. But they did offer to let me buy new coverage for the second -- and their ad for their product at

also shows coverage for 1-3 users!

Wrote them (3 April), tried e-mailing them first. No responses.

I want what I was promised when I bought the product -- coverage on up to three computers.

I recently ordered your anti virus and was billed $42.00 on my credit card. At the time I gave my credit card number I never received a confirmation. I went and downloaded your free 30 day trial so I would not be with out protection on my computer. Will you give me a refund until this trial is over? I will then sign up and pay.

Payment for Trend Microsoft antivirus service has been deducted from my checking acct.
This was done May 10, 2017. Decription of deduction is [protected] DRI*Trend Micro. I have received several e-mails advising charge of $19.95 failed. This was because Trend tried to debit my account from a foreign bank. They then resubmitted it from a US bank and it was accepted. As of now my computor is without protection. Reguesting this be corrected ASAP...

I purchased over the internet the $49.95 Anti virus program. On my Discover Card statement I was bill twice by your company. Once on 12/13/09 in the amount of $39.95 and then again on 12/14/09 in the amount of $31.95. This is a $21.95 overcharge. Please make correction. Please notifiy me when correction has been completed.

I had purchased Trend Micro Internet Security on 1/31/2017 and billed itot my credit card; I was unable to download the product, but was still charged for it. I even went back a few days later to see if I was able to download but was still unsuccessful. I was billed for the 56.90 on 1/31/2017 to my credit card but never received the protection. I would like the 56.90 credited to my credit card account. The order confirmation # is : [protected], password qt2k18 serial # PFEF-[protected].

Trend Micro - unauthorized billing

I didn't authorize Dri*Trend Micro to automatically bill me for their services. There is no address or telephone # of this company to call or complain to, hence, no customer service at all. This company is a scam and is VERY deceptive. I have contacted my credit card company tocredit my account of $44.95. Trend Micro will e-mail you saying you need to renew your services and will bill you automatically regardles if you renew with them or not. I do not need or request this service with this shady company.

These thiefs duped my elderly mother. She didn't even want the service and didn't know she clicked to get it until her credit card company sent her a bill. They have all too easy access to credit card and bank account information. She didn't authorize the transaction and they didn't just bill her for an unwanted service, they double-billed her! They ought to be in jail! They are the ### of the earth.

I was charged twice @ $62.95 on my debit card for an automatic billing that I DID NOT consent to! I have cancelled my debit card because of this and now I am in a financial bind. I want to have the $125.90 returned to my account as soon as possible!

Trend Micro - charged account without authorization

I checked my account online this morning, as I do every morning, and discovered a fradulent charge by dri*trend micro orderfind. Commnus. I don't know who this company is and did not order anything from them. I have disputed this with my bank, closed my account and they have been reported to my bank's fraud department. I read other online complaints and was directed to www.digitalriver.com phone number [protected]. The customer representative was, in my opinion, absolutely no help. I gave my name, was put on hold, then told something was coming up under my name; however, without giving my address and other personal information, the representative could not help me. What kind of scam are these people running?

Trend Micro - charged, not ordered

I have one year left on my antivirus software, which I downloaded and paid for last year. I was contacted by email that said my virus protection was out of date and I needed to order another. I wrote back and told them my status. Was charged 39.95 on credit card. Was this a mistake?

Unauthorized charges showed up on my bank statement from DRI*Trend Micro (No phone number was shown). Amt was $69.95, charged on 4-8-2010. I haven't done business with them since 2006, and my card number has changed at least twice since then, so they should not have my current card number! I am not using their software. I want a refund. This caused service...

Today I received notice of a pending charge for 04-09-2010 by DRI Trend Microsoft that I did not authorize. In the past--2008 0r 2009--I did order a product from Trend Microsoft, but not this year. Trend Micro - unauthorized charge to my credit card

2010 Feb 12, my credit card was charged $48.10 without my authorization. I want my money back immediately! Judging by the amount of complaints and the lenth of time this has been going on it is obviously not an "gliche". If I dont get a response in three days, I will do my share of whistleblowing. If you have charged my account at any other time without my authorization I expect that reimbursement as well. I tried your product after reading Consumer Reports and getting their opinion of your product. I will be sending them an email explaining what customers can expect down the road. I bought your service one time and did not like it. It slowed my computer down soooo much. That is the only authorized transaction. I have the last five years of bank records.
