Dollar Tree clerk

I was shopping with my kids at the Portland Dollar Tree, as I've done for the past 7 years. My 4 year old had a few iteams in his hand, a clerk with dark curly hair approched us asking my son if the wrapper on the floor was his. I said "no, " unaware that my son had opened trade cards and threw the wrapper on the floor. When the clerk pointed out that he had the cards, i picked up the wrapper and added it to the rest of the iteams i was going to pay for. I was a line with a few people ahead of me. This clerk stood there looking over the cashiers shoulder until it was my turn just to make sure i paid for this 1 iteam my son had opened, making me feel disrespected, humiliated, offended, and embarrassed around all the customers. Never have I had a problem at that store!

Dollar Tree management

Almost Every time I go in the store manager of the Carroll location is standing around doing nothing, or she is complaining about the costumers infront of others. I love going in but her and the manager below her are always making fun of people. the manager under them is always helpful and happy. it seems she is the only one that does any work there and she is so tired when I see her. its like the other managers are making her do there job. I do not think the store manager is fit for management at all and should be terminates. I was a manager of a place at one time and it I ever treated anyone like they treat her I would have been fired. I wish there was a slavery section because that's what its like. Dollar tree needs to stop picking favorites.

Dollar Tree manager/customer service

I don't know what has happened but shame on the district managers for allowing it. This used to be the most Pleasant, clean, full store to shop at in the Sacramento/ Elk Grove area now you walk in the shelves are stocked but you're lucky if you can find a worker who you can understand or they can't understand you. The store manager is rude, short when spoken to and would rather hold the conversation with one of her employees then to greet and speak to her customers. When a customer asks for help it's more as if we are a burden rather than she's there to help us. There are no familiar faces, within the last four months the staff has changed completely it would be one thing if the old stuff was being replaced with new friendly helpful staff but instead it's being replaced with rude, inconsiderate, unhelpful, see you and turn their head type of staff. And don't think to ask for the store manager so you can file a complaint because again you are a burden to her and she makes it obvious she doesn't care about what you're concerns. I've been told she's fairly new to the store and she's making changes. Well I wish someone would intervene with her changes and better yet question the judgement of person who hired her aboard. Her do call changes are horrible, and us as customers are not liking them. I will no longer shop at this Sheldon store I will take my business to the Elk Grove store or back to the 99 cent store. It's very unfortunate because this used to be my happy place!

Dollar Tree employee with red hair that would not give her name

On 4/16/2017 at 2433 Ridge Road, Lansing IL I was appalled by an employee that works here. I am requesting for video footage to be pulled up. I am not sure of your range, but I pray its wide enough to verify. This young lady was driving so reckless I was surprised no one was hurt. As I was driving to the dollar store she was tailgating me and then jumped in front of me and cut me off. As I was headed to the dollar store, so was she. She pulled up and parked which we were three spaces away from each other. As I pulled up and parked I, noticed the store didn't open until 9:00 a.m, I was discussing with my husband did he want to wait or come back. Low and behold she gets out her truck goes to the door and turns around and starts yelling. My window is up (as you will see in the video), I put the window down to hear what she was saying. I was every name in the book except my government. She stated I was ignorant, rude and driving like I was a #####. Then she faced the door stating he better hurry up and open this door (as if there would have been a physical altercation is how I took it). This is my neighborhood dollar store that I consistently shop with my family. The behavior of your employee and not knowing how she will react, I can no longer shop here. She didn't care that she was on the property of her job and probably knew she was being recorded.

Dollar Tree manager yelling at an employee

Hello,
The manager at the Northumberland store was witnessed yelling at an employee, in front of other employees and customers. Any reprimanding or the like should be done in private and not in front of anyone. Yelling shouldn't be a part of how managers reprimand and/or educate their staff. This is the definition of a hostile work environment.
I do not have the specific date as the employee is afraid of backlash from the manager. This incident, though the most extreme of happenings, isn't an isolated event.

Its a lot of favoritism at the store, harldy no professionalism, and a store Mgr who doesnt care.
Ive since then heard corporate came yet no one has contacted me.
Below is a statement from a customer in the store at the time.

Dollar Tree gift tissue paper - rude and indifferent

4/11/17 I purchased 11 items, one of which was not bagged. I work close, so returned to the Dollar Tree 4/12/17 to retrieve my item. I met with the store manager. (She was filling balloons while the checkout line was 25 people deep.) I told her what happened and she told me company policy was to call first and that 'she' had received no calls. (First how would one know to call 'her'.) ...I checked the receipt and I found no such policy! She said, she accused me of trying to scam her...Wow that's brazen for a buck of tissue paper!? I left fuming, not about the tissue I can get anywhere, but her conduct! Because one gets a 'bargain', does not give the other license to treat with disdain. I have never put anything on FB or YELP, what would you do? Store # [protected] W. Lincoln Ave., Anaheim, CA 92801-

Dollar Tree hiring of a security guard...

To whom it may concern,
Please regard this correspondence as a direct result of incidents that occur on a regular basis at your Rockaway Ave location in Brooklyn. As a valued customer, i frequent that location to purchase household and day to day food supplies. On various occasions while shopping, i personal witnessed several incidents that involved one of your cashiers and an irate customer. The customer was being rude and cursing the employee out for no apparent reason, fortunately the employee maintained their cool, but it still made me very uncomfortable while standing in line, because it could have potentially esculated to another level. The manager attempted to calm the situation. This ordeal left me feeling uncomfortable and worried about my personal safety.I’d feel much better about shopping at that location if there were to be a security guard present.I realise that it’s an issue of incurring an additional financial burden on your behalve, utimately, it will prevent the employee from being assulted or myself and your orginazation not being faced with a potential lawsuit.I’m sure that the feelings that i’ve expressed are shared with other customers in the community, please address this concern asap.
Yours truly, . Dollar Tree location at-

Dollar Tree manager paul

The manager, who I believe was named Paul, refused to let me return items for store credit. He was extremely rude about it, dismissive, and wouldn't even look at me. People like this shouldn't be working in customer service jobs. I asked for an explanation and he shrugged and said he'd give me a penny per item. I used to spend a lot of money there, will never be back again. They couldn't give me $5 worth of store credit for unused items I was returning, yet I used to spend almost $50/month there for business supplies. Apparently no such thing as customer service here.

Dollar Tree unprofessional

Tonight about 7:45 p.m I was shopping at the Dollar Tree at 2375 North Rolling Rd. in Windsor Mill, Maryland, One of store manager by the name Sabrina Mason was really unprofessional, rude, bad attitude and ignorant. When my kids and I was in the toys aisle, when Sabrina came into the aisle and said to my kids put the toy back where they got it from. When the toy they had was laying down off the shelf in the first place. I said to Sabrina that the toys was laying down and that's where they got it from. So, Sabrina kept on talking and saying all kinds of things to my kids and I.
This chick always appears to be high like shes on drugs. She don't no how to talk to people. She have very poor customer service. It has been times when I had visit this store and this same manager has talk to the other sale people like they are animals. You don't talk to animals the way Sabrina talks to the sales staff.
Thier has been other complaints on Sabrina and nothing has been done, You can call the Dollar Tree corporate office and no never call you back, The corporate office tell you that you need to call the DM ( District Manager) when you call for the DM she don't call you back. So, Dollar Tree must like for Sabrina to continue to give poor customer service. My next step is to call the owner of Dollar Tree. For this store be a new store the chick is really not the person to work for Dollar Tree. If Dollar Tree Mission as follow:
With Our Mission

We will operate profitably, empower our associates to share in its opportunities, rewards and successes; and deal with others in an honest and considerate way. From customer to coworker, Dollar Tree associates treat everyone whom which we interact with the dignity and respect that they deserve.

If Dollar Tree is going by their Mission Statement then they don't need Sabrina Mason to represent the company.

Dollar Tree management

I was just at the Dollar Tree in Hurst, TX store #5965. The manager Windy was very rude to the cashier who was trying the best she could with no help. She called over the loud speaker that she needed nickels and Windy yelled from the back of the store for her to STOP talking over the speaker. Then she reprimanded her in front of all the customers. She should have been out there helping the cashier! I just called and spoke to her about doing that in front of customers, and she was very condescending to me as well. I waited in line almost 15 minutes to check out. There are a lot of stores in the area and I won't be back to this one!

Dollar Tree manager services

I have been a faithful consumer in Dollar tree for over 3 years now. My daughter and I went today around 1:00 pm in Cumberland, Indiana. I finished finding what I needed and was ready to check out. Before I made it to the register there was a lady checking out so I hesitated until she completed her purchases and moved toward the register. I heard the manager say, "See u Monday". So I proceeded to the register with my basket not full of merchandise. The manager ( MALE) was tearing away register tape and walking away from the register to blow up balloons. The store was not busy at all! When he made it too the helium tank I started talking to my daughter so maybe he would take notice and see I was ready to check out. I'm watching him never once did he turn around and acknowledge me at all! I looked around and saw another worker was stocking the end cap aisle with her light on... Yet neither one of them stop and say anything... So I got back in the line the manager then walks away and goes to the office and slams the door... By this time I walked away from the aisle with the shopping cart and left it at the door...I don't understand why is it if you HATE Dealing with the public these jobs are given to people to serve in. And also promoted to management to spread the poison to others! I understand we all have our days well today was mines...I won't shop at Cumberland, INDIANA first impressions are lasting...and I'll make sure to warn others..
