Dollar Tree review: Masks and unsanitary conditions of employees and stores

To whom it may concern at Dollar Tree Headquarters:
My name is Dottie, and I have been to several Dollar Tree stores in the Levittown, and Fairless Hills, Pa. area since the reopening after Covid-19.
I am so angry and frustrated and very disgusted by the lack of seriousness the managers and employees have for wearing face masks. I went into a Fairless Hills store and after completing my shopping, I looked for a cashier who was wearing their mask properly. I only saw one and her register was not open. She instructed me to two other cashiers. I was not happy that I had to be waited on by a cashier who's mask kept falling below her nostrils... she also didn't seem to care. Store # 2252 Another cashier was slumped over her counter with her mask down to her chin and talking on her phone and complaining about everything. The cashiers were polite but their lack of concern about their mask made me very angry. The manager didn't seem to care either. I also witnessed filthy floors and really messy shelves.
I know items are only $1.00 each but that is not a reason for a filthy store.
I see loose packaging on the floor and the floor has dirt all over it. I don't know the last time the floor had a good scrubbing. The stores even smell dirty and very musty... and that was before covid-19.
How would managers and their employees feel if they were having surgery performed at a hospital and the surgeon came into the operating room without a mask or mask below their mouth. They would probably cancel their surgery. Covid-19 is not a joke and managers and employees need to be much more vigilant when wearing their mask. I understand masks are hot and uncomfortable but they are necessary for all of us to stay safe and alive! If you feel cool air under your nose... Your mask is not on correctly.! Dollar tree employees need to take this seriously.
Does one or more of your employees in any of the dollar tree stores need to get covid-19 and die before you will take this seriously?
Please do something about this situatioin. If an employee doesn't wear the mask properly and doesn't care... They should be fired!
