Dollar Tree review: employee rights

I have been in this store countless times. The manager Tyler sleeps in his office while his cashier runs the entire store. He was screaming at this one lady Tammy. He seems to favor others while certain ones get treated like crap. It's not right. Some one needs to put a stop to this. I have noticed that one girl Windy never helps the cashier. Even when the lines are backed up. They need to get new management and get rid of certain staff members all together.
