I find it very disappointing and a bit discrimatory that at Dollar Tree in Columbus Ohio a 4 packs of soda or Perrier drinks sale at 4 for a $1.00 and in the "Urban" areas they divide them up and sale them for a $1.00 each. Why is this? Are they price gouging in lower economic communities? It's all on Youtube. This is really unfair.

Will they change?
