I visited the Dollar General Market in White House, TN 37188 on 7/25/2020 and saw the sign on the entrance doors that clearly states Mask REQUIRED. However, I saw many customers who were not wearing a face mask. Will you please advise as to how DG plans on enforcing the use of requires face masks? I visit store#18665 located at 4078 N.C. Hwy 56 E Louisburg, NC 27549 very frequently since it's convenient for me and every time I try to use a digital coupon with them they don't work and they always have the same excuse"we don't know why they won't work". I am not the only customer that has had this issue, so I don't know why you can't fix the problem or allow the manager to do an override for the coupons. I visited the store again today and have 2 coupons which I downloaded and added to my coupons on the DG app and when I got to the register and signed in it wouldn't take the coupons off and no one could figure out why not how to fix it. $5.00 may not seem like a lot to some people but it is to me, so instead of paying $14.59 I was charged $19.59. If I could've waited for the items I needed until tomorrow and shopped somewhere else I would have, but I couldn't. Since this store has opened there has been nothing but problems with their digital coupons, so over time I estimate that I could have saved approximately $50 dollars with the coupons had they worked properly. It's also frustrating you spend time sorting through them, adding them on your app only to get to the register to find out they still don't work after they said they fixed the problem. I have been to other DG stores and never had any issues using my coupons but this store is ridiculous and it's inconvenient for me to have to go to another store just to be able to use them. On multiple occasions I have left my items at the register and went to Family Dollar to get what I needed because the coupons didn't work. It would be nice if someone can figure out what's going on at this store and fix the problem, otherwise today will be my last visit to this store and I will take my business elsewhere.

I would like to continue being a regular customer but we have a statewide mask mandate for COVID-19 and, even though the store does have it posted to wear masks, almost none of the employees wear them. The staff is rude to each other and customers. Vulgar and lewd music is played overhead in the store. This mostly occurs after the manager is gone for the day. I'm sure no one goes to the DG to hear [censored] every 30 seconds. The parking lot is a hang out for drug users. The outside is used as a urinal.
