I have been a Dillards customer for past 40 years. It was easy for me to shop there and so was my husband. I ordered an evening gown from Dillards for the wedding. I wear size 8 and I ordered the same size. However, after I recieved the gown, I found out it is too small and it does not zip up. I called and asked to exchange it for a bigger size but I was told that it is non-returnable and non refundable. I wanted the gown and just asked to exchange for a bigger size. They agent refused and this is the last time I shop @ Dillards. They just lost over 10 customers since my family will not shop there and I wille ensure to let others know too.

Claimed loss: spend alomost $200 on a dress that I cannot wear due to the size.

Desired outcome: Exchange it for bigger size ....
