Hello,
I placed an order for delivery in fifteen minutes.
Jimmy Brings dropped the order from the Gap and the driver didnt get an ID, sign off and tried to leave quickly.
I said that is not everything.
The driver said that's what Dan Muprhys gave him.
I asked why he didn't get me to check.
He was very vague and took no responsibility for this mix up.
I need the missing items asap.
I rang a customer help person and they have lodged an urgent request to you to fix this. I order every three/four week and I am so disapointed by the delivery and by Jimmy brings not taking any responsibilty.
I cannot use your only chat as it is broken and it says your website is getting fixed.
The lady Linda I spoke to who is raising this matter was very helpful, thank gosh.
I just need my misisng items delivered urgently.

Terrible company . Took my money , was not delivered . In past when used , very rude drivers . Customer service is terrible too . Ignored me contacting them for a day , then sent a non replyable text saying I'll be refunded 5-7 days
