CVS review: unprofessional and rude management

When I entered the store, I was greeted by a strange man who said, "What do you want?"

I proceeded to tell him that I was returning some items, which then prompted him to look through my bag, which he did without asking, and then take my receipt.

He then said to me, "What is this crap?" I was taken aback by the comment and asked him if he was even an employee, to which he replied, "I'm the manager." Since there was no one else in the store at the time, I decided to just leave it at that.

However, he kept going through my bag of items, and making comments like, "This is crap." I then told him to please stop going through my bag, to which he replied, "Oh be quiet." At that point I took my bag from him and promptly left the store.
