CVS review: Pick up prescriptions

I called in two prescriptions yesterday, I was told they would be ready today 10/24/2020 at noon time. So went there about 3:20 pm, not ready.
Why does they sytem say that when you can't produce the results.

That store 180County Road Barrington, RI [protected]?
I have called a few times to the corporate office, long time on hold.

If that pharmacy needs employees you should hire more. Just tech. to hand the scrips out. Im so disgusted.
