I have heard several people complain about not being able to get thru to CVS in Somerset, KY. I work in a dr's office, and understand how busy they are, but seriously? I waited on hold for an hour today to check to see if my medication was ready for pickup. Guess I waited so long that the phone automatically disconnected after an hour. I was very disappointed. This is completely unacceptable! There are many people who live several miles away from CVS and to save time and gas, will call to see if their medication is ready for pickup. How can you check on your medication if no one will answer the phone? I actually left work on my lunch break, went to another pharmacy and picked up my husbands medication, went to CVS drive thru and picked up my meds, while still on hold. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED MY CALL.
