CVS review: arrogant and disrespectful assistant manager

My first encounter with Glen James when I was outside CVS and he needed a cart; therefore he grabbed it out of my hand promising to return it after he was done. I couldn't believe that he would do that to a customer. I contacted CVS headquarters, and they had a woman contact me. She told me that she had a myriad of complaints against this man; she went on to say and promise that I would not ever have to encounter this man again. Fast forward one year, I ran an errand for my neighbor to the same CVS and to my dismay he was behind the register. Since my neighbor was ill, I had to make the purchase. I separated my purchases from my neighbor's. Glen James told me since I had multiple orders I had to wait for the rest of the people were served. I told him I waited in line too, and I only have two orders. He voided my sale. This time my complaint fell on deaf ears...no response. You would think that in these trying economical times, people wouldn't act in such horrendous ways, especially assistant managers!
