At 3:30 on 31 december 2020 I entered the store (4400 cleveland ave) columbus, oh 43224, store # 3413 to pick up my prescription. I asked the representative where the bathroom was and he said "we don't have one". I then said "I need to pick up my prescription". I showed my identification and as I left, I encountered josh the store manager. I asked him about the restroom and he said the same thing. I told him that there is a restroom and you shouldn't say there isn't one but should say it is unavailable for public use. He said to me like a simple minded idiot crybaby teenager "I don't have to tell you anything" is this the type of adults that you hire for a management position? So sad. He needs some coaching and please coach him on how to handle customers although during interviewing i'm sure he was a different person. Certainly lacking in customer service skills. I asked your front end cashier for a poc and a store # to contact and he told me to go online because he doesn't know anything either. Please fully train your staff. When did you no longer allow the public access to your bathroom?
