CVS - Customer service

I was shopping at your 103 Jesse Jewell Pky, Gainesville, Georgia 30501 store on 12/22/1020. I was waiting in line and observing the Covid distancing squares on the floor. When the person in front of me at the register left I stepped up to the check out register. There were three teenagers or young people behind me who came up close behind me - way ahead of their Covid square. I waiting a few seconds and when I saw they were not going to back away I said " you all need to back up to the square on the floor". They complied but one of them said "I've got Covid". I ignored this remark and kept on checking out. When I was almost finished checking out he said again a little louder "I've got COVID". I turned around to him and said "you need to stop making comments or I will have to call the store manager". He repeated it again and I asked the clerk who was checking me out if the store manager was in. She said "I am the store manager" and said "everyone needs to be courteous". Not one time did she require these three people to back up or refrain from their COVID comments.

When I reached my home I called the store at [protected] and asked to speak to the manager and was told that the manager was busy and that I could leave a message. I left a message asking her to return my phone call. I wanted to discuss her lack of enforcement of the COVID social distancing requirements.

The other 3 customers and the cashier were young people so I think they thought the COVID situation is either not serious or they were immune from it.

The manager/cashier was FIERA.
My receipt is dated 12/22/2020 at 11:01 p.m.

Is this how you would want your manager/employees to handle a situation as this?

Desired outcome: I think FIERA needs to be disciplined or trained in problem management in order to respond to situaiton as this more appropriate and forcefully.
