I went to the drive through at CVS on Highland/Lee Drive in Baton Rouge LA to pick up one prescription that was ready. I went in the Lane showing full service and not drop off only. I had to wait 58 minutes in line for that medication! When I wanted to leave the line after 30 minutes I could not do so because I was trapped in with other vehicles behind me. When I finally got to the window I asked what the reason was for the wait and the tech said it was the Covid Testing line. That I could get my medications from the other line. I said it said drop off only. She said it stayed that this was the Covid testing lane. She was polite, but I knew it was improperly labeled. I drove back around and took a time stamp picture. I have been very disappointed with CVS in the past with all the medication mix ups and letting me run out of a medicine that had horrible side effects when you run out. So I had all my medications, but one transferred to another pharmacy because the last one is 20$ cheaper receiving it from CVS.
Desired outcome: Reimbursed for time and gas wasted
