Management at this store is wilfully ignoring Covid-19 safety protocols, putting customers in danger and attacking when customers complain. When I confronted your Manager about an obviously sick employee working behind the register, the sick employee told me to leave the store if I didn't like it. She did not say she was not sick; she told me to leave. She and the Manager verbally assaulted me, and tried to publicly humiliate me for expressing my concern about safety protocols: why was she working with a cold? I referenced the signs throughout the store about safety. The Manager Mike says he felt Covid "overblown" and insisted I leave the store. He also attacked me personally (I am a black woman, so perhaps he felt me an easy target?)
This is unacceptable especially from a pharmacy, the guardians of public health! I want an apology and assurance that your store is instructing staff to enforce Covid safety protocols. (Please see video at 1:55pm front store register)
