My wife just spent an Hour on the phone with the Wayfair customer support requesting a refund of $300 she spent buying her son a Wayfair gift card. The gift card was emailed to him but when he went to use it he saw a message that it was already redeemed. She spent an hour on the Chat support with Wayfair on 10 June and was told she would receive a refund but no sign of her $300. Today on the phone she was transferred 3 times elevating the phone call and of course she would have to repeat everything from the beginning. In the end my wife was given a Request number - but NO REFUND. They could not tell us what happened to the gift card but they were Quick to take her $300. Now she is waiting to get her money back after jumping through hoops and getting the run-around. AVOID This company at all Costs!
