Crunch Fitness review: Someone is using my account

Someone from Saint Pete Florida crunch fitness has been using my account to buy things. I have not lived in Florida for over a month. I live in Alabama now and someone has purchased something on September 11 the 13th and today which is September 15.

I’ve called three days in a row to talk to a manager or general manager and every single time they are “busy” and can’t talk . I’ve given my info for them to call me back multiple times and I have yet to get any response from anyone.

Not only did someone from crunch fitness steal two of my tripods but now someone is trying to use my account to buy products there. I’ve asked multiple times for them to look at the cameras to see who has stolen my tripods, they said they would do it, and they never did. I’ve asked every single day since and not one person has helped me whatsoever.

I’ve also been trying to contact them to cancel my membership because I do not have a crunch near me in ALABAMA.

The manager at the St Petersburg, Florida crunch fitness, his name is Sebastian. He has been no help. Neither has any of his employees.
