Mistakes will be made but it is how you handle them is what makes the difference
I preordered cookies (the night before) and when i arrived they were short. They told me they gave my cookie away beforehand and ask me to pick another flavor in its place. I chose a flavor that had a up charge and they advised me i could not pick that because of the up charge. I asked what is the purpose of pre ordering if they give my original choice away and her response was "i dont know" . There was so many ways to handle this situation but the attitude was not the one i deserved. I am paying a lot of money for these cookies and i expected accountability on the error , and a solution that would make me (customer ) satisfied . I will not be back . I will find another store for my special treats.
On August 21 ( order # cBzCDw3cP3) I arrived to pick up my PREORDER cookies . Upon arrival I was told by an employee that i will need to choose a different flavor because they gave one of my cookies away to a previous customer who ordered a dozen. I chose another flavor to replace the cookie and the one I chose had an up charge and the employee told me i could not chose that one. I then asked the employee " why was my preordered cookie given away and why preorder then" The employee answer was " I don't know"
