I am a member of the Nothing Bundt Cakes Eclub. I understand that I am to receive a coupon for a free bundtlet on my birthday, which is coming up on March 26, 2024. I have not received that coupon. I love their products and sopy at their Mill Creek, WA store whenever I am in the neighborhood. I live 40 miles from that store, so it is quite a trek to get there. Can you let me know what is going on with my missing coupon?

I have been a member of the eClub for many years. I have not received any emails for the past few months. I checked today and I no longer have an account. What brought this matter to my attention was my birthday was in October and I did not receive an email notification. I am curious why my account was deleted? My oldest daughter checked her account and also discovered it had been deleted too. [protected]@cox.net
