I am a member of the Nothing Bundt Cakes Eclub. I understand that I am to receive a coupon for a free bundtlet on my birthday, which is coming up on March 26, 2024. I have not received that coupon. I love their products and sopy at their Mill Creek, WA store whenever I am in the neighborhood. I live 40 miles from that store, so it is quite a trek to get there. Can you let me know what is going on with my missing coupon?

What brought this matter to my attention was my birthday was in October and I did not receive an email notification. I am curious why my account was deleted?
