Crumbl Cookies review: Was not able to buy a single cookie, only multiples

I went to the store in Aurora Colo last week wanting 2 of the raspberry cheesecake. There was a sign saying that they were temporally out of single cookies. I wanted two so I asked if I could buy a two pack since they could not sell singles. she said no i would have to buy a 4 or 6 pack.she said that they were out of single boxes that is why I would have to buy more. I asked her if I could put 2 of the cookies in the 4-pack box and pay what the box cost which can't be too much since I'm sure you buy in bulk, and she said no sorry. This is the closest Crumble to me, and it still takes about 15 min to get there, and this is the only reason I went there. I was so disappointed, that since you did not order boxes, the customer gets screwed. Was not happy
