I placed an order last week for 7 cookies to be delivered using door dash this morning. When the door dasher arrived, I only received 6 of those cookies. I called the store and they offered to refund me the cookie I explained that it was for an anniversary celebration and that I needed the cookie. She said I could order it and have it delivered via door dash again.. and pay the door dash fee. This is not acceptable. I order from Crumble minimum of two times a month for both our Birthday and anniversary celebrations at work. I find it unaceptable that the only resolve to this was for ME to order another cookie and to then PAY door dash again to have it delivered. The simple fact is they had it plenty of notice and dropped the ball. Very disappointing and the young lady who I dealt with was not very well versed in dealing with customers. I will not be placing an orders with Crumble again. Very disappointed.
