Shea Shea Bakery

So, I placed my orders with Shea Shea Bakery back in March 2021 and it's now almost June 2021, but I still haven't received anything. I know the situation was tough because of the pandemic, but come on, they shouldn't have taken so many orders that they couldn't fulfill. And to add insult to injury, they were even offering a sale during this time. I don't think I'll be giving them my business again in the future! To make matters worse, my emails to their customer service team have gone unanswered. All in all, it's a pretty disappointing experience with this bakery.

Listen, I know y'all are looking for a solid review on Shea Shea Bakery, so let me break it down for ya. I ain't too pleased with this place. I spent a good chunk of change, 75 freakin' dollars, on these so-called bakery candles, but guess what? I never even received them! You bet your bottom dollar that they took the money outta my account though.

I tried reaching out to these folks through all the usual channels - social media, customer service, email - but nada. Not even a peep. So, I did what any sensible human would do and filed a dispute with PayPal. Thank goodness I got my money back, but it shouldn't have to come down to that.

Look, I'm all about supporting small businesses, but not when they're pulling sketchy moves like this. It's downright frustrating and disrespectful to customers. If Shea Shea Bakery wants to keep their reputation intact, they better shape up and start taking care of their customers. Otherwise, they'll end up going down in flames.

Being a supporter of a fellow black owned business, I was really excited to receive my order. However, I am truly disappointed to say the least. It's been months since I placed my order back in March and it's currently the 17th of September, still no sign of my items.

It's quite upsetting that despite paying a good amount of money, I haven't received anything. This is downright disgusting and unacceptable. It's high time this company takes accountability instead of hiding behind the pandemic as an excuse. I wish there was a way to report this company for such poor service.

If Shea Shea Bakery is unable to produce the goods, the least they could do is issue a refund to their customers. It's really that simple. Considering the circumstances, it's totally understandable that there might be some delay in delivery. However, it's a completely different story when customers are being ignored and left without any updates regarding their orders.

To make matters worse, I reached out to the company numerous times regarding my order and haven't received any response or update. It's been a frustrating experience and I don't think anyone deserves to be treated like this.

All in all, I hope Shea Shea Bakery takes the necessary steps to improve their customer service and ensure that their customers' needs are met. Until then, I'll be seeking a refund for my order (order ***, ***,6898) for the hundredth time!

I ordered from Shea Shea Bakery about 6 weeks ago, but unfortunately I never received a confirmation email. I was a bit disappointed, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed that everything was alright. However, things started going downhill when I emailed them after 4 weeks and got no response. I became worried and started wondering if something had gone wrong with my order.

My disappointment increased when I found out that the Shea Shea Bakery website was shut down. I was shocked and didn't understand what was going on. I went to their Instagram page to see if there was any information, but it didn't seem like they had posted in a while. Finally, I discovered that they were going to relaunch on 10/01/21.

Despite the news of the relaunch, I still felt very frustrated. I understand that businesses sometimes need to shut down for various reasons, but there was no warning or explanation given to customers like myself. I tried emailing them again, but the email address I had used before was inactive.

In conclusion, I don't think I'll ever buy from Shea Shea Bakery again. The long wait time, lack of communication, and abrupt website closure were just too much for me. Even though they are relaunching soon, I personally wouldn't feel comfortable placing another order with them.

So, I found this bakery online called Shea Shea Bakery and I thought to myself, "Wow, these products are so neat and cool!" So, I decided to make an order of $98. So, word to the wise, check the reviews before you order.

However, on May 31st, I received an email from the company informing me that their site was going to close down soon. They offered a free item in return for waiting, which I was excited about. But then they also let us know that their customer service would be closed from June 4th to June 25th, which made me a little uneasy.

Fast forward to August 4th and their customer service is STILL closed. I understand that things can be hectic for a small business, especially during COVID times, but waiting for four months with no updates or way to contact them is quite disappointing. I never received any tracking information for my order, so I have no clue if it's even on the way.

I'm all for supporting black-owned small businesses, but if they can't handle responding to their customers in a timely and efficient manner, it might not be the right goal for them. It's unfortunate because I was really looking forward to trying their goodies, but at this point, it's not worth the stress. Hopefully they can get their act together in the future.

So, I bought some sweet-smelling goodies from Shea Shea Bakery on March 12th, thinking it'll take about 4 to 6 weeks to get my order. But now, it's been 12 weeks, baby! It's like three months already and I'm still waiting for my stuff. I mean, it's understandable that the pandemic is being a real downer on everything, including shipping delays. But this is just ridiculous! You feel me?

I tried to stay patient with their so-called customer service, but they're so petty and rude with their responses. If it was me running the business, I'd tell my team to be sincerely apologetic and understanding with our customers. But no, they're all snarky and just don't care that we're frustrated. I got an email from them saying I'm 1 of 1,695 orders remaining and I can cancel if I want to. But no way am I cancelling, even if I have to wait until next year! I'm not gonna let them win! I'm getting my candles, no matter what!

But honestly, even after they relaunch, I don't think I'll be shopping with them again. I don't wanna support a company that treats their customers like they don't matter. So, if they keep it up, they're gonna run themselves into the ground!

The customer service at Shea Shea Bakery was not good at all. I ordered four products and I had to wait for 3 long weeks to receive my package. Worst still, when I finally got my delivery, half of my order was missing which really pissed me off. I mean, I had spent a good amount of money and I expected to get all of my products. I tried to reach out to customer service through email but it has been a real nightmare, Vanessa, the customer service rep, has been sending me back and forth through different hoops.

My package had a sticker that read "Received in damaged condition". I sent all the information that I could gather but Vanessa is telling me they need to perform an investigation. Come on, now! I gave her all the information that I had and she's still asking for an invoice that I never received with the package. I have been going through this back and forth for two weeks now! It's just really unfortunate because I really loved the smell of one of the butters that I did receive. Nevertheless, I can't continue doing business with a company that won't take responsibility for incomplete orders. Like, what the hell?!
