Hi, I get the lineup every week and I noticed the chilled cookies always make me sick and has made me throw up a few times lol. So yesterday I waited to let confetti milkshake warm up and cut it in half, the chilled cookies aren't baked all the way thru lol. I'm a crumbl girly thru and thru and love them so much they are the highlight of my week so this isnt hate mail. I just wish I could eat the chilled cookies without getting food poising. I understand you guys feel a lot of pressure to pump out a ton of cookies, but tell your higher ups you NEED to bake those chilled cookies thru bcs I love them but dont wanna get sick every time- Thank you

It's absulutly disgusting that I ordered curbside pick-up and watched an employee stick her gloved hand in her mouth, pick her teeth, and then serve my food. SICK! Worse, no one will EVER answer the phone at the Nampa Crumble. Can someone here answer? We do have health codes for a reason. I have tried for over a week to contact them. At 2:14pm, on December 17, 2023, I received a text telling me I had a gift for Crumbl cookies and can’t seem to find out how I can get them. Directions are not even there to pick up a gift, just places to make an order. Your site is not very user friendly. Can’t seem to find a telephone number to call and ask for help. Need a phone number as I have been trying to send out a thank you delivery but nothing is going through. It let’s me type the address where it is to be sent but then it removes the address. I wrote a thank you and that got removed also. I called Crumbl Cookies on BarrowsnRoad but they couldn’t help me. I don’t want the cookies sent to my house. You don’t give any phone numbers.
