The sales rep at the cricket store in taft ca 93268 was rude disrespectful my husband bought a new phone lg stylo 6 cause he lost his phone well we found his phone so we took the lg stylo 6 back to the store were we bought it and she refused to take it back until I call the claims department and then she said we would be receiving a check within 3 to 4 weeks and that was 3 months ago
