We had been with cricket for over 4 years and never had an issue but 3 months ago all our phones on the plan STOPPED making and receiving any calls. We called customer service numerous times but no one could figure out what the problem was. Even took the phone the store and they gave me a new SIMS card to try but it still did not work. The first time we called they said it was because of the storm but the storm was still 3 days away. 2 time said tower was down near us. The third time I called they said take it to the store and have someone look at it I did that. Every representative keep saying in order for us to resolve the problem you will have to continue paying your bill and if we can not resolve the issue that I am entitled to a refund. We liked Cricket sent a lot of family members and friends that way . So because we liked cricket we gave them the benefit of the doubt and keep paying the bill for 3 months. Yesterday our bill was do so we went back to the store and the man said there is nothing that can be done for us. So we went to Boost mobile yesterday. I truly believe we are entitled 300.00 for the 3 months we paid for nothing. What is the customer not always right anymore. I am only requesting what I am owed and nothing more

I purchased a phone on November 11, 2017. I asked what the return policy is if I decide I do not like this phone. The store manager told me 7 days. I'm here exactly a week later. The following Saturday, 11/18/17 and he's acting as if there's an issue. Telling me it's the 8th day. Umm...everyone knows 7 days is 1 week. Yet, in this mythical land of Cricket Wireless, The day I bought the phone was day 1 and "he wasn't going to bother with the 12pm/12am thing" according to him. I can't believe the audacity and the massive time waste. They are seriously trying to play me out of $129 + $25 upgrade fee.

My mother has been on the phone for hours with a clueless representative trying to CHANGE A SIMPLE PASSWORD for our account because it is not working. This is ridiculous. Love the company HATE this poor customer service! The woman is clueless and has continuously pointed her in the wrong direction. All to change a password to an account. She is horrible.
Your mother may want to ask for a supervisor or a different representative if she feels that she is being misguided.

I called cricket to ask them a question because im leaving to mexico and i wanted to know what am i supposed to activate on my phone so my data can work in mexico and they asked me to holed and 14 minutes passed and i heard her having a conversation with her friend about what she did and they both started cussing a lot and they forgot i was on the phone with them

I transferred my 5-line to Cricket on November 4th and got the receipt for the deal of 5-line for $100. However, two lines for my kids in colleges did not work. They noticed me on 5th. I called customer service and fixed the problems. However, my plan was changed by this operation from $100 to $130 per month. After learning from the agent, I told him I should be on $100 plan. He told me he only can fix for the current month, but I had to contact the store where I signed the deal.
However, on Monday 6th, my whole Cricket account was locked. I spent almost an hour to contact the customer service and found out indeed my current month was still listed as $130 with more than $30 shortage. After explaining what happened, I got my account unlocked, but was still told that next month my plan costs $130. I immediately called the Cricket store where I purchased the plan and the sale person asked his manager for help. However, at then end I was told the store can do nothing and I had to call the customer service and talk to a supervisor. I did and spent another half hour on the phone to explain my situation to a supervisor but the response is the same: she cannot fix the problem for me.
What a shame. I paid and have the receipt for a service plan I want. Cricket increased the price without my agreement, and won't fix the error. I won't stay with Cricket for this higher price plan.

I've been a Cricket customer for around 8 months now. Since I have been a customer I have had to purchase 3 phone chargers the first one caught on fire while I was driving my vehicle with my child in the car. The second one just quit working. So I had to purchase another one. Well I have a phone case that I had just Christmas 4 days ago I just went into the store and the store manager says you cannot return any accessories at all through Cricket Wireless. I really feel that this is highly unfair to a customer considering that your products are not sturdy products they are very cheaply made. I will be leaving this company and no longer provide my customer loyalty. I found out many things through the course of 8 months that was not disclosed with me when purchasing the phone and the Mini accessories that I have bought through Cricket Wireless I feel like the company is not upfront and honest when purchasing things that is something you need to tell customers when they're purchasing an accessory that they cannot return nor exchange any accessory that that customer purchases. I find this to be poor customer service. What kind of phone service does not allow a customer to return merchandise or exchange merchandise especially if they're not happy with their purchase. How do you expect to keep customers with you when you don't have this option. I have never in my entire life come across a company that does not offer returns or exchanges. I work for an ice cream shop and we still have a policy for returns and that is food. We also have a policy for refund of money if the customer is not happy. I will never refer anyone I know to Cricket. I will also tell anyone that I over here talking about considering to switching to Cricket not to do it and I will simply tell them why and I will tell them the truth. If you want to continue of your business and gain more customers you need to change this policy. I will be going back to Straight Talk. I should have never switched in the first place. The only reason why I switched in the first place was because you guys had higher gigabyte for the same price. Guess what? Straight talk now has the exact same plan as you do but with return policy if you don't like any of their merchandise you can return it for a full refund. They have something you sure don't. That is an amazing customer service. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy and to stay with their company.

Phone prompt is time consuming & aggravating.You make your choice & it repeats prompts 3 times before it will connect you with a live rep.
Reps can't understand English nor do they know what they are doing.Have to repeat problem 3-4 times . Annoying.

I have been a cricket Customer for years and recently went to a cricket store to buy a new phone. I noticed my new bill was $7.00 higher and didnt know why until I received cricket protect plan info in the mail. I never signed up for this plan and the associate who helped me never asked if I wanted the plan. He took it upon himself to add it to my bill without my approval or consent. I am very upset that this was done without my knowledge. This illegal practice has to stop and associate should be terminated. I need the unauthorized charge removed from my account

I use to love cricket till the other day. I shared a line with someone but I was the main person on the account.. well the other person went in and had my phone taken off the account and shut off. I was so mad. I had to call and pay lots of money to have my number turned back on and put back on that account.. They did give me a 30 dollar credit, but here is the catch.. when the bill was due. The credit went to my account and the other person never paid their bill so my phone was shut off again. So I had to pay more money to have it turned back on.. I asked if they could take that number off my account and they said no.. But I said then how did they take my line off.. So I had to pay more money to have my line moved off that account so it could be turned back on.. well my credits didn t follow. That other person got my credits but the account is still negative the late fee so my credits basically just went to hell.. I am not very happy with cricket right now and I feel they own me

Tried to upgrade my plan and was able to. Was charged $4.66 and at midnight my phone was suspended. Went to the cricket store and talked to several people and still had to pay to get my phone turned on. They said I was supposed to pay $4.67 so that’s why they suspended my phone. I never got an email that my phone bill cycle was getting changed and that I needed to pay one cent in order to not have my phone suspended. I paid what cricket asked and still had my phone turned off. This is so frustrating that cricket was no help and wanted me to pay more money to have my phone turned back on. Driving up to this location. Clearly it is well before 7 PM and the doors were locked, the girl saw me standing out there stated we are close, I stated you have 28 minutes she turned the light out on me that's bad business, especially since I've been a customer for over 10 years. Is this what you teach your staff to close business before the closing time and then to be rude or disrespectful that girl had no clue of how important it was or what I needed and never even tried to find out. This is unacceptable and really thinking about changing my service.

I was hired as full time and now I am working 10 hours a week under new management and the manager hired a new girl from a different dealer before 6 months. Because they are friends all my hours are cut and I am receiving bad treated from both employees and the district manager. there are multiple issues here, a few things with my service and a horrible phone clerk.
When I open up my personal MyCricket account it shows that I am allowed to use up to 2.5 gigabytes a month, yet it still capped me at 1 gigabyte this month. I also was wondering if there was an explainable reason as to why my data is still being pulled even after I turn of my data and auto sync functions. You're service is not supposed to draw data when those functions are off? I can tell the companies pulling my data still because I left my data off for two whole days and still recieved a message, while my data was still off, saying I was 100% used up for my month. I let my plan go inactive and paid the late fee to get it reactivated in hopes the errors would change but nothing fixed. Also I have a complaint on one of your stores located at 1933 N. Dinuba Blvd. Visalia, California 93292. More specifically a phone clerk there. The time was betweeen 4:30-5:30. I called the first time and asked her if she had any idea on what could possibly be drawing my data on their side since my phone's already been evaluated by a technican that I live with. She told me to give her a second, and I gave her 5 minutes and recieved no reply so I hung up. I tried other stores in my towns and all lines were busy so I called back. When she answered and I asked her instead if she could just fix my 1 gigabyte cap issue. She told me to call customer service, and I told her that when I called earlier today there was no option to find a way to fix this issue on the automated message and o wasnt able to get ahold of any representatives or technicians. She immeadiatley came at me with more attitude then even before, saying that its not her problem. So then I asled to speak to a manager and she said no and hung up. I called back saying that she was being rude and that I needed to be transfered to any manager in the area to fix my phone and file a complaint. She came back with more and more sassy remarks telling me no. I asked for the HR number and she told me that they dont have an HR and only corporate service and that she didnt know the number(she said this in a really insulting tone) and then I told her I hope she gets fired for being so disrespectful to me and that I'm sending my complaint immeadiatley. I get that you guys can't control a million workers but can you maybe call the store manager(s) and tell them to have their evening shift not be so damn rude? I work construction 12+ hour days, and Im am apartment manager. The last thing I need is a disrespectful phone clerk that won't help me fix my freaking cell phone. This is getting really frustrating. Please jus get my phone fixed.
I bought this cricket android moto ONLY because it came with a life time of HBO max. I have tried everything and I can't even watch free episodes. I'm not able to purchase another phone because my husband and myself are both severely disabled and live on a fixed income. We had to disconnect the internet because the bill went from 78$ monthly to almost 399$! They are price gouging and taking advantage of poor people who barely make it each month. Not only an I unable to use HBO max or pretty much anything (I get error pictures with the apps that I want to use. In top of everything, I have been hacked hacked and my identity stolen and the people who have done it are watching movies on HBO max, YouTube, etc . And the manager at the cricket store was telling customers anything that they wanted to hear, he put a stolen phone that I saw another person leave there because management said he had to go do something. I sat there for over 5 hours and knew I was making a huge mistake but we really wanted &needed the lifetime of HBO max . I had just bought a Google pixel and it is the best phone ever, but I allowed cricket customer service to contact straight talk to switch service over to cricket and I don't know if I can even use it again and it was brand new . I'm not only not receiving ANY of the service I was promised but was sold a phone that doesn't work unless you want to pay the bill . I've called customer service and was rudely told to turn the data on in order to watch HBO max and anything else in the internet. I have everything I bought with the phone, all packaging and some unopened, why bother? I have done everything to avoid any legal disputes with cricket and all the corporations involved in this fraudulent scam but I have to have access to internet and phone service (and everything is already skyhigh, we just need our money back and gladly send it to you asap. If this doesn't work for you I will be forced to contact legal aid, pro Bono attorney's, all government entity's that can help and so forth . Please contact us soon, a week from now should be plenty of time. Note: the manager at the cricket wireless here in Newport Arkansas is stealing people's id, bank info and is the ring leader of the criminal scam that is destroying your business . This particular store charged me $37.76 for a replacement SIM card. The SIM is supposed to be around $10. They said that the price differs between the stores after they activated my SIM. The same SIM is $10 at another store which is not fair. They cannot decide on whatever price they want and not inform customers that it differs between the stores. I had to pay extra $25 for nothing and they did not even take the responsibility for whatever has happened. Is there any possibility that I can get my $25 back?

I have came into the Pflugerville store on 1552 FM 685 a handful of times to browse because I have been debating on getting a couple lines with y'all and also to see what kind of deals and offers y'all have. All 3 time I have have came to y'alls store the young ladies were very nice and helpful but REEKED of marijuana. Let me tell you I thought I was high myself as soon as i got a whiff of those girls. Im not to sure if thats what is allowed at Cricket Wireless but they should definitely be a little more considerate of the customers there.. And also one of the times i came I arrived at the store around 10:45 and the store was closed?The doors locked, lights off. The hours read on the door 10AM-8PM M-S. And then I came back an hour later and a young lady was there.

I have been with cricket wireless since January 2016, no issues until today, 21 September 2017 when this wireless provider suspended my account without hesitation and warning . I always pay my bills on time plus I am enrolled with auto pay. I spoke to customer service for 50 mins to resolve the problem but they cannot help me out due to it was a glitch in their system and I am being punished for it. My due date is 03 October 2017 and cricket wants me to pay it today to re activate my account . What kind of program this company is trying to do, suspending wireless service ( I have six lines), did not imply their standard operating procedure and it seems like my fault on their system error. Today, it cost me pain and suffering, anxiety and most likely will miss my doctor's call for my ongoing medical issue . Their customer service is out of the country, cannot help you without figuring out a solution. I need someone to help me out, a lawyer who can enlighten with the current situation .

Your late fees were never disclosed when I purchased your service less than 3 months ago. I will be switching my service back to Metropcs before your next billing cycle and I suggest you explain your ridiculous fees to future customers. I have a no contract phone how dare you charge me a late fee. Im going to check with the Attorney General of Mass to check on the legality of this fee. I will no longer be a customer of yours next month. And I will let my friends know not to switch to this service.

Apparently no one has the same information in there system. Everyone is so quick to quick you some excuse or a lie just to shut you up. Cricket transfers me to warranty. Warranty transfers me to insurance and insurance transfer me to cricket and again back to insurance. I've talked to 30+ people this week and no one has any idea where my cell is at. Or when will I receive it. Or a tracking number or nothing. Very very frustrated. How can they hire people like that. Or not have the same information in the system. They all ask for the same information to open the account but no one tells me the same thing. Would never recommend buying cricket. Been with them for over 8 years and they treated me like crap. If you're thinking about buying cricket cell or doing an insurance claim or warranty. Best advice go with another company. And save yourself the frustration. And then they send me a defective cell. Good job.
