I placed a holiday meal order with the Abercorn store in Savannah 3 days ago and prepaid for it. I requested an 11:30a pick up. My husband has been in line over an hour! I called the store several times, brought it to the staffs attention. I asked that they send someone to the line to assist with Pre paid orders. I held on the line 2x for over 15 mins waiting to speak to a manager. Was hung up on. And the 3rd time I tried to call they just didn't answer. I spent over $80 on this meal and have no idea if we'll even get it.
