I recently had a check "guaranteed" by my account in FL (I live on the WEST coast) with a signature that looks nothing at all like mine. BofA decided to cash the check and then when the check bounced, they charged me back and haven't replaced my money in over 10 days. That's bad enough, but I also cancelled my debit card to get a new one just in case. The bozos over there decided to change the middle initial on my wife's name. Now, I can't get a hold of the idiots to explain how that happened and to get it changed back. Worst bank I've ever dealt with in my life.

Recommendation: Avoid like death and taxes. Worthless bank.
