I filed a fraud claim dispute due to fraud on my credit card account. I sent in supporting documentation via USPS with tracking info provided to BofA. My claim was denied, I asked them to reopen the claim as they had not received my documents at that point. I had sent in my supporting documents multiple times and each time I call in to check, they somehow have yet to receive my documents despite tracking information showing they have received it. I have even emailed the documents to an BofA enterprise resolutions agent who confirmed he received the documents. Called the fraud department back and they again told me they have not received any supporting documents yet. I told the agent I had sent the documents in multiple times and she just told me to either mail them in again or drive to a local BofA location which is located over an hour away. I get very little communication in return to voice mails left for the agents. Now I am being told that if my documents are not received, they are going to close my dispute. As of today, USPS shows BofA received my documents 2 weeks ago and the agent still tells me there are no existing documents for my claim.
Claimed loss: 7100+
Desired outcome: I would like a full refund of the disputed amount plus interest paid on the fraudulent transaction.
