If you buy tires from here be prepared for many screw ups this department needs to change their process. Number 1, when you drop your car off for tire work there needs to be proper parking. They have signs but no one reads them and will park there to do shopping. Why don't they put up cones in those stalls when a person arrives a staff member needs to walk over move it and you park. When they finish with your vehicle they need to do the reverse. Yesterday I was there they told me my car was ready for pick up so I went to the garage and ask where the car was parked no one new, the guy said walk around to the east side of the building it should be there so here I go with my cane walking (I just had knee surgery 1 month before} I get there and no car I try my horn button locater can't hear anything so I walk back and raised cane, no one knows who parked it, or where, so I gave my keys to someone and insisted they go find it, one said he would look so away he went it turns out it was parked somewhere in the new east lot. Suppose a person had issue worst than mine what are they to do, this has to be the dumbest set up and service one gets here. Also when they filled out the invoice they ask me if I wanted to keep my old tires I said no, guess what I look in the car after they found it and all the old tires were in the back had to get that same person back to remove them., all of this took 40 min. before I could leave. This
department needs a manager to lay down some rules and policies it is terrible here.
Recommendation: Prices are good service, no organization at all
