Costcodamaged item, slow refund

We purchased a sofa bed from It arrived after one month but was damaged. I immediately phoned them to have it returned and my money refunded. It took them 3 weeks to have it picked up and I had to contact them many times to achieve this simple return. It is now taking more than week to have the money credited back to my debit card even though I was told it would be expedited.


  • I feel for the damage to the product. but with any card company it alwasy takes 7-14 days to recieve a refund. Becasue it is put through as a charge not a debit. Costco probably put it through right away. it was you card company that didn't
