We enrolled with the ATT&Costco deal. because it looked like a good deal. Let me tell you this has been the worst nightmare! the salesman asked about our current calls provider which it was Verizon and we paid $120 fixed for 4 lines. He offered to get us a better deal with ATT and with Costco parternship: we could get a phone and unlimited data, calls, txt, international call to all Latin America and roaming to all Latin America, and he quoted us $168/monthly for the 4 lines. Is not even 2 months that we moved to ATT and we already paid the taxes which it was $330, random charges of $20 and $35 and the 1st billing came with a balance of $1159! they are charging me for international calls, when we are supposed to have that included in our deal. Ive tried to talk to the "VIP COSTO #" and placed a claim, I talked so far with 7 people and all of them assured me that they fix the problem and remove the international charges and none of them have told the truth! I feel so mad and dissapointed because no one have help us, Im tired to call and tell the whole story to all these people, now I have tried to go to their kiosk in costco and never is the same salesman, they know this and that is the dirty strategy. This is causing a lot of stress on me, on my marriage and my finances.

Desired outcome: I need the international charges and associated federal universal service charges and taxes a total of $816.70 removed from my bill, so I can pay the real monthly payment of $168 as the paper work says.

DO NOT GET AT&T SERVICE AT COSTCO! I did and they totally lied about the pricing. Went through many phone calls and the outcome was AT&T denied the change to the quoted prices. I’m going to discuss with store manager and if the manager is not willing to look into this will likely not renew membership.

Did the same, and it has been a nightmare, I am trying to unwind the deal, awful awful customer experience sorry I let the guy stop me and will yell at everyone in the store to get away from these people. I cannot believe ATT and In particular Costco allow this to happen. Terrible

I am going thru similar issues from 6 months. They stopped me in COSTCO and put me thru this. I donot even have service at all at my home. My calls get dropped , goes to SMS and people can not hear me. They told me bill is 150$, but it is 215$. Misleading charges all across the bill. Went thru so many issues since day 1 , sending us the wrong phones thru unknown charges. They told us no contract, now I find out 36 month contract. They took 4 of our paid Iphone 13 256gb phones which are less than 6 months old, now to drop out I have to pay 3800$ for the 4 phones they say after paying them 215$ for 6 months and giving them 4 iphone 13s. They should be punished by Costco, and state/fedaral consumer protection servicews with consumer fraud . The problem is they put all this in fine print contract that we sign. But they should be accountable for telling wrong things to get us sign.

I am in the same "duped Costco-AT&T" boat. I admit, I should have not listened to that idiot AT&T sales guy at Costco. The bill now is $173 instead of $108 promised by the [censored]ic sales guy. But, that I still think have a good faith in the system by filing a Lawsuit against AT&T and the guys at Costco. Dealing with AT&T over this has been the worst nightmare ever. They don't give a rat's rear about COSTCO-VIP deals. Should have stayed with T-mobile. Ugh!

I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T through Costco, but I regret it. Their promises are all deceptive, and they lock you into a 2 or 3-year contract, making it a major rip-off in my experience.

I totally agree. It’s a down right lie they feed people about what they can offer and how it will save you money. I too feel duped and lied to. My bill has continued to go up and they even charged us to switch the account to my daughters name to get the so called RN discount. ALL LIES ! I have called and always appear to help but nothing is ever resolved. I declare nothing good will come for this dubious company and the lies they have their employees tell customers. Usury is what they offer and practice. I am so disappointed and angry. I feel taken advantage of.
